Sorry for the long absence again. I've been busy with my health recently.

I mentioned before that avocados are good for osteoarthritis, but for my friend's acquaintance it takes a year to see results, so I thought this was going to be a long battle. Moreover, I stopped eating avocados twice because I doubted their effectiveness, so I'm still suffering from pain in my left knee.

Around June 3rd this month, the knee became irritated from Loxonin Tape, and since the ointment I was given before didn't work, I started using the tapes again, which made it worse, so I went to the dermatologist and got a referral, and the orthopedic surgeon gave me different patches that weren't tapes or an ointment, so I've had a lot of problems with the orthopedics alone.

I've also had problems with my teeth. In April, I had acute symptoms of periodontal disease, and the muscle around the root of my silver filling at the back of my upper left corner was hurting, so I was prescribed antibiotics and the pain subsided for a while, but when a dental hygienist looked at it the day before yesterday (June 13th), it seemed to be quite swollen.  When she said "I'll have the doctor take a look at it later," I felt a sudden sense of anxiety. After a long time, the doctor came and examined me, saying things like "the pocket is 4 mm" and "3 mm." Could it be that my periodontal disease is progressing? She said to me to come back in a month. I don't know what kind of treatment they'll do, but will they add more to my anxiety when I'm already worried about my knee?

There seems to be a part on the bottom right that is about to become a cavity, but it seems that CR (dental filling) will be enough.

Other than that, I'm in the same condition as last year, but mysterious headaches and stomachaches come and go, and come and go again. I think this is autonomic nervous system disorder caused by the weather.

Recently, when I was crying because I was anxious, I often relied on AIs like Grok, ChatGPT, and Gemini, but now that I think about it, I came here for the first time in a while because I remember that I had a conversation about my health on Hive before.

またおひさしぶりですみません。最近、体調のことでドタバタしていました。

前にアボカドが変形性関節症にいいという話をしましたが、人によっては効果が出るまで1年もかかる人もいて、こりゃあ長期戦だなと思いました。しかも、私はアボカドの効果に疑問を持って、アボカドを食べるのを2回中断しているので、いまだに左膝の痛みに悩まされています。

今月の6月3日辺りから、ロキソプロフェンNaテープで膝がかぶれて前にもらった塗り薬を塗って効かないからとまたテープを貼って悪化させて、皮膚科に行って紹介状をいただいて整形外科の先生にテープでもない、塗り薬でもない別の湿布をもらったりと整形外科だけでいろいろありました。

歯でも問題を抱えています。4月に歯周病の急性症状で左上1番奥の銀歯の根っ子のまわりの筋肉が痛んで抗生剤を処方してもらっていったんは痛みはおさまったが、一昨日（6月13日）見たらかなり腫れているらしい。歯科衛生士さんに「あとで先生に診てもらいます」と言われて、ドドーンと不安になりました。かなり経ってから先生が来て、診ながら「ポケットが4ミリ」「3ミリ」とか言っています。まさか歯周病が進行しているのでしょうか？そして一ヶ月後にまた来てくださいということです。何の処置をするのかしりませんが膝のことだけで悩ましいのに不安要素が増えるんですか。

右下にも虫歯になりかけの部分があるらしいがこちらはCR（歯の詰め物）すれば済むっぽいです。

それ以外にも、去年と同じような状態ですが、謎の頭痛や腹痛が現れては消え、現れては消えを繰り返しています。こちらは気候からくる自律神経失調症と思われます。

最近は不安で泣きつく時はGrok、ChatGPT、GeminiのようなAIに頼ることが多くなりましたが、そういえば前はHiveで体調のお話聞いてもらったなと思ってこちらに久々に来ました。
