###### Almost every other day, I am doing my walking session in the park to boost my healthier life. Sad to say that stress, anxiety and depression always covered my life. Sleepless night and waking at night after a short hour of sleeping was happening but after all, I adjusted and been controlling. Walking is a great help. I am not into jogging. I am a chubby person and jogging will hurt me. Simple walking for 3,300 meter per session is so nice. I felt tired, my legs but I forced myself to pushed my energy and I found stronger bones in my legs after doing this for three months now.I need to walk carefully, the balance of my knee going straight and keeping firm slowly walking without pressure. Avoid too much bending my knee line and increased it everydays movement. Twisting my hips 10 times. Sway my two hands fastly to have movement of my shoulder while walking.

*This is the place I walk going to the bus stop in short cut. I played my shoes with the earth/smooth orange soil like a dust or sandy soil. It protect the players from getting hurt while playing football.*


In the park, there are sport apparatus or build in paraphernalia where we can do exercises too. That's why I love walking there because of that. I can walk around the house but walking while watching the birds, the flowers and the people in the park jogging and walking adds pleasure to my mind. It had been three months doing this routine. And also I love stepping up and down from the staircases at home. It is another way of making my bones stronger.

*I walked in the desert, the orange color of the soil, where the children and men play football in this area. It is intended for the outdoor football games every afternoon, there's a lot of children and men playing here.*

Last 2014 after my vsction in the Philippines, I ate a lot of tiny fishes and I learned it was not good for me. I loved it so I ate almost everyday . Eating a lot of dried and salted fish triggered my arthritis. I couldn't almost walk that time and I was afraid that I totally paralyzed. I underwent medication for 1 month and I helped myself to be stronger. With the mercy of God.

*I remember @davidke20 20, he had a contest before about work out and I was only the contestant and always a winner.🤣🤣🤣😇😇😇💪💪💪.


I thought I could not walk anymore but I did it . I gained my strength after one week. If Im lazy maybe,the pain persist and continue but God is so good. It happened 11 years ago and now I can walk 3300 meters in my walking session.
