Time and time again, it is established that we are all not perfect. No one can truly be built in a manner that just checks every box for everyone. The human condition is a result of our individual differences, consequentially affecting the world that we all live in.

If we could all have certain traits that are inbuilt in everyone, no matter their race or life experiences, they would have to be things that would make the world better. It's all too complicated in this world that we live in.

It's undeniable that the basic human perspective is to consider themselves and their well-being. It takes a higher level of understanding to take others into consideration in some situations.

Empathy, amongst many traits, is one that people should have. It is a foundational trait that fosters understanding and comprehension between people. It provides a base for connecting with and relating to the feelings of other people. Without it, there is every tendency to act selfish, start up conflicts, and cause a severance between ourselves and the harmony that we need for a truly better place.

The need for empathy transcends different aspects of our lives and how we interact with one another. Failing to see that openly berating people, being condescending, or generally utilising poor interpersonal relationships would normally create problematic atmospheres that are never productive.

In relationships, for example, it takes the trait of being empathetic to be able to effectively sail through difficult times and provide "premium love." In a heated argument between partners, understanding and connecting with the other person's feelings would help guide one's approach to handling the matter. The choice of words becomes critical at this point.

Life isn't a bed of roses. And often times, it takes a whole lot more than motivation to go through situations, especially the really trying ones.

The ability to bounce back from adversity, learn from setbacks, and persevere in the midst of challenges goes a long way towards getting one to their destination in life.

If everyone were to be inherently resilient, the world would be a place where setbacks and failures would be seen as opportunities for growth rather than impossible obstacles.

People who are resilient are generally equipped to go through the complexities of life, adapt to change, and maintain a positive outward appearance. Bouncing back from difficult times is their strength.

"You can't win an argument." As Dale would say, Everyone comes to the table with their own preconceived notions about a topic beforehand or right there. There's an experience of blissful and enlightening discussion with another fellow, but the lack of being open-minded rips one of the potentially better ones.

Open-mindedness is the trait of considering new ideas, perspectives, and experiences without being judgmental.

In a world where people are mostly concerned about their perspectives, people with innate openness to different cultures, beliefs, and ways of thinking would do the world a great deal of good.

Dialogues with open-minded people tend to be more constructive as they try to engage in conversations with respect to people's beliefs that are different from theirs.

In essence, a more harmonious world can be a reality with traits like empathy, resilience, and open-mindedness. Embracing them could redefine our interactions, making our imperfect nature a move for positive change.
