<h4>The all powerful, all seeing _**Overwatch Government**_ had been oppressive for so long. It is disintegrating many economies of the world with its political master plan to rule the universe.</h4>








A rogue officer, agent Xavier had been disavowed, and so he has pledged to bring the _**Overwatch**_ down by exposing it's secrets agenda both in the past and the future plans to further cripple several developing Countries of the World. He is going down and nothing else to loose. Exposing _**Overwatch's**_ gruesome subliminal plans to the blockchain is his Goal. Here is a tape recording of some of the engineered problems in those zones- the recording is evidence in case he dies while trying to destroy the _**Overwatch.**_

_**He, paused and continued;**_

_**Overwatch**_ had caused massive inflation and had fueled recessions all over the globe, their targets are developing nations so they could bail them out and make them subjects of servitude. Even though the governments of many of these countries are trying to hide the fact that their economies have been crippled by both recession and inflation. Each of the media outlets had been banned from publishing the truth courtesy of _**Overwatch's**_ mandate-only a few of the enlightened know the core secrets of the doomsday looming. Then the available resources to foster a good standard of living and a moderately fair infrastructure for the citizens is been held by a tiny fraction of Government and political officers who serves as Stewards for the _**Overwatch**_ Supreme Government.






The economy of the whole wide world is sick, through the government of every country. 



_**"Xavier Coughed, sipped his coffee and then proceeded"**_




Africa as a whole falls in these zones, the categories of many countries struggling in abject poverty because of misappropriation of resources, squandering and laundering of this resources to the Supreme HQ. The adverse effects are underdevelopment due to the misleading and greedy and quasi corrupted politicians and policy makers, making unhealthy policies to the benefits of their cabals. A couple of West African countries as a case study (Names withheld)- Nations with vast resources but a financially repressed Economy!





_**Agent X smiled as he whispered 'Unwelcome Distractions and The Barbarian Strategy', this are two of the Overwatch Engineered Criteria that had worked in destabilizing these unsuspecting Nations.**_



<h1>UNWELCOME DISTRACTIONS</h1>


Before the blockchain Technology became a global phenomenal, back in these African nations, The Overwatch had successfully implemented a shitty toxic economy bad for start-up firms, making jobs as scarce as gold. Tackling this defect had been hampered by too many unforeseen distractions implanted by this same cult rulers. There were:



_**Abductions:**_
A region very rich in natural resources and  fossil fuels had been a major revenue for its country. The crude oil rich communities of Western Africa had many foreign expatriate coordinating and directing the oil production works. A Dozen of them started going missing. They were kidnapped with colossal ransoms demanded by their abductors who technically were errand boys to the Overwatch officers in those regions.



_**Inter-Tribal Wars:**_
Then came the tribal and communal clashes- The Northerners massacring strangers residing in the far-northern part of each of these countries. Weapons were supplied by the Overwatch HQ to the rulers of these communities, who distributed them to their people to attack the innocents. This leads to several counter offences launched in the southern and eastern parts of many of the West African countries affected leaving hundreds of thousands lynched to death.



_**Insurgency**_
Then, along came insurgencies; Buka Horam(Fictional Name)- "The sum of all Fears" that shook the world with the abduction of over 300 Girls, thousands killed, millions of dollars in wrecked infrastructures: how could there possibly exist an healthy economy with the presence of internal demon like Buka-Horam? A World wide menace that had been sponsored by the O/W HQ.

Some of these Countries paid the price for bordering with each other as insurgencies ravage these countries as retaliation for counter combat offences from the army. Thousands of innocent lives killed in these neighbouring countries, they paid a costly price for something they had never bargained for. This kept the Government busy attending to something created to distract them from the major agenda being plotted by the O/W.









<h1>THE BARBARIAN- INEQUALITY STRATEGY OF THE O/W</h1>

In some of these West Africa countries the senators and their National House of Representatives earn a ridiculous amount annually for doing nothing. Amounts running into millions of dollars taken from the government vault, an equivalent amount of 15 states allocation being used to pay wages to these O/W puppets!





The following figures show the inequality facing these countries. 469 people out of a total population of 192,008,424 million citizens earn an annual sum of $16,883,407.62 -according to The Premium Times, an indigenous newspaper. And just one of these affected country's population contributes 2.53% of the total world population! 




Employment rate is dangerously low and foreign investors are held to ransom by a mandated to only employ the politicians and Government Office Holders families and friends. So to say, as a graduate; if you do not have a link to any politician then your chances to be employed is zero or next to nothing!



 Infrastructure-wise, it is an appalling situation. Getting a good source of drinking water is like striking gold. What about getting a standard medical service? Unlikely, except if you are lucky to have a dual citizenship of some European country or you are an America-then you could shuttle between countries to get a good health care.




These are the blueprints of the instabilities the Overwatch ghouls have implemented in these regions, suppressing their economies and rendering their governments impotent. I agent X had been on several missions to many of those regions- the accounts of my assignment I am too ashamed to talk about. This prompted me to do my tiny bit to expose these demons sent from the pits of hell!

As I was an agent of doom, I had come to realize that the only way to redeem my conscience is to help some of the zones affected. I had been communicating with a local youth group via satellite calls- training them and orientating them about a way out of this mess that had been created, and doing so without the Overwatch Government having any power to stop and hinder it. Below are my suggestions as I do not know if I will make it to the next day!







<h1>REDEMPTION- THE BLOCKCHAIN TECHNOLOGY COMBAT PLAN</h1>



From our random mistakes as humans, we have evolved as data conscious beings, keeping track of the good and bad that attacked humanity and utilizing this recorded data to satisfy a need called intelligence- Artificial Intelligence.

Two powerful forces combined together to forge an allegiance and repel the menace facing humanity which was the existing poor economy disguised by the government interface to make everything seem normal but a catastrophe for an ordinary citizen. The blockchain can be used by optimizing this accumulated data to dissolve inequalities in these unequaled zones.
Only a few, like myself and a couple of others who had gone rogue are lucky enough to get orientations on how to amend our evil ways and help impact understanding as to how blockchain could help solve most if not all of the listed issues caused by a supreme power trying to rule the world. Though not yet fully integrated into the country, only Bitcoin is still recognized as a trad-able altcoin in many setups, the emphasis is to bring in more youths to increase the awareness of blockchain as possible way out of this mess.


_**Transparency**_
This is a restraining procedure to those _**Overwatch puppets**_, the greedy public office holders with massive pay checks but who still embezzle millions of dollars, meant for the entire mass well being of the population, and sending it back to their masters. A public ledger to trace every allocation and monetary transaction is the best way to tame these hooligans. No more hidden billions stocked in a Swiss bank and secrets vaults, any alterations to public funds is visible to all and sundry.


_**Opportunities**_
So many opportunities present themselves with blockchain technology. Different altcoins had been created to meet the major needs, this is a saving grace for these countries that had been held captive by _**Overwatch**_. Their liberation comes from developing several cryptocurrencies to meet basic infrastructure and standard of living needs. Not depending on the centrally controlled government to survive and rendering the _**Overwatch**_ powerless.


Smart Media Tokens is another new opportunity available on the internet for millions of youth who can now harness these golden chances created from the blockchain.


_**Funds**_
From the opportunities mentioned above, hundreds of ICOs - Initial Coin Offerings; had been raised to fund mega projects. The same goes for a particular fund raising token structured at harnessing the power of the sun to provide infrastructures- electricity, water, and massive employment without depending on the corrupt government officials. Tokens could be raised to fund this renewable Eco-friendly energy projects all thanks to the blockchain.

What about start-up businesses struggling to survive because of harsh government policies? These individuals can afford to fund their businesses through the blockchain Technology.



_**Employment**_
From this project funding, thousands of employment opportunity arises for young adults, without discrimination. Several youths with dozens of skills and ideas roams the street, the blockchain has proven to be a significant source of income to some youths. An example of this is Steemit, a social media site for blogging and earning, though not a salary based opportunity, but a place where tiny little ideas brings rewards which might worth something tangible- imagine an individual living on or below $1 per day making $10 or more from blogging!



_**Empowerment**_
As many people are embracing and optimizing the blockchain technology, they are in control of their information and transactions. No government or political propaganda could pollute the information shared on the public ledger, the level of inequality falls under threat with zero passing of subliminal information.
The blockchain technology renders zillions of information that could empower a whole continent and bring them out of under-development.





These are my probable solutions to the mess I have helped created as an agent for the _**Overwatch Government**_, I know I am been hunted and this tape recordings will be my restitution to the crimes that have been committed against these people.
