The Self, that which you ARE, in truth, desires NOTHING from no one knowing Itself to be wholly PURE, wholly PERFECT, wholly HOLY. The Self KNOWS it lacks for NOTHING, and, that which lacks NOT cannot possibly DESIRE anything. The Self is CONTENT and that which is content is at REST and has no desires. The Self RESTS in the Father and looks ONLY to Him Who is the Source of all that It could possibly NEED to be HAPPY and JOYOUS. The Self has no desire for your love and is NOT hurt if it does not come. It only desires to love, for in so doing is the Self Itself. The Self and Love are One.
