Fase inicial de calentamiento. Ejercicios dinámicos por 3 minutos cada uno. Primer ejercicio central de la rutina.  **Ganchos arriba y abajo.** Posición lateral de combate. De inmediato, y con velocidad damos un gancho horizontal arriba. Rápidamente flexionamos rodillas y pum, gancho abajo. Realizar el mismo movimiento de ambos lados en 20 repeticiones por lado. Ciclo completo en 4 series.

Segunda estación. **Jab + cruzado + cambio de guardia en salto**. Posición de combate, una pierna adelante y la otra detrás. Con el brazo delantero damos el golpe de Jab, y con brazo trasero viene el golpe cruzado + el giro de cadera. De inmediato damos un salto, y cambiamos la guardia para ejecutar los mismos golpes. 20 repeticiones en 4 series.

Tercera estación. **Esquives laterales + gancho**.  Posición frontal de combate. De inmediato flexionando las rodillas realizamos el esquive a un lado terminando con el golpe de gancho con el brazo contrario al lado del esquive. Si esquivas a la izquierda, el gancho será derecho, rápidamente realizas el esquive a la derecho y pum, viene el gancho izquierdo. 20 repeticiones en 4 series.
