Realizamos una sentadilla profunda y allí nos quedamos. Ubicamos cada mano encima del pie respectivo, e iniciamos la elevación y extensión hacia atrás de cada brazo a la vez. Ejecutamos el ejercicio por 3 minutos.

Piernas un poco abiertas con manos en la cintura. Una vez en esa posición, y a través de saltos continuos cruzamos las piernas intercalando el cruce de las mismas, es decir, la que se cruzó por delante se cruzará luego por detrás, y asi continuamos por 3 minutos.

Una vez ejecutada la fase de calentamiento, y estando seguros que el cuerpo está apto; nos vamos de lleno con los ejercicios que a continuación se presentan.

# **<div class="phishy">Flexiones laterales</div>**
Nos posamos sobre un costado del cuerpo. Una pierna sobre la otra. La mano del brazo inferior se coloca detrás de la cabeza, la mano del brazo superior se posa en el piso, ya que con ese brazo se ejecutará la flexión. Ya ubicados, extendemos el brazo que se apoya en el piso, elevando el torso de forma lateral más que puedas. Aquí la tensión que se siente en todo el cuerpo es espectacular,  los brazos, el abdomen, el pecho, los hombros se activan de locura, y aunque el tren inferior veas que no tiene movimiento, la presión que se siente es única. De este lado ejecutamos 20 repeticiones. Al culminar, cambiamos de lado para ejecutar 20 repeticiones más con el brazo opuesto. Todo el ciclo en 4 series.

Posición de combate con una pierna adelante y otra detrás. De inmediato, con fuerza y energía damos el Jab con el brazo delantero, y el golpe cruzado con el trasero. En velocidad y a través de un salto, hacemos el cambio de guardia para lanzar de nuevo los mismos golpes, esta vez como se darán cuenta se intercambian los brazos. Ejecutamos 20 repeticiones por cada lado en 4 series.

Posición frontal de combate. Con cada brazo damos un golpe de gancho. Llevamos el cuerpo abajo, con un saltico extendemos las piernas hacia atrás adoptando posición de flexiones, hacemos una flexión, luego con otro salto llevamos las piernas adelante y volvemos a la posición inicial, repitiendo el proceso 20 veces en 4 series.

Posición de combate en sentadilla. Rápidamente lanzamos un golpe con cada brazo. Luego en velocidad subimos, y damos un rodillazo con cada pierna. Bajamos, volviendo a posición inicial. Ejecutamos todo el proceso en 20 repeticiones. 4 series.

Acostados boca arriba elevamos las piernas, las flexionamos formando un ángulo de 90 grados. Verán que quedan como una mesa. Los brazos se flexionan hacia adentro llevando los codos cerca del cuerpo. Ahora con las piernas en esa posición, solo entendemos y recogemos los brazos por 3 minutos.
