Todo ello con el uso de una herramienta común, una sencilla toalla. Nos vamos con los ejercicios de calentamiento esenciales para que nuestro cuerpo esté apto para acciones fuertes. Calentamiento 1. **flexión diagonal de torso**. Seguimos con **tornado abdominal**, cada ejercicio con un tiempo de 3 minutos. Iniciamos el circuito con 3 movimientos muy potentes para el abdomen. Estación 1 **presión abdominal con pase de rodillas bajo la toalla**, puro poder. Estación 2 **Abdominales con pase de toalla bajo piernas**, super fuerza. Estación 3 **extensión de piernas y brazos**. Fortalecedor. 20 x 4 cada estación; son 20 repeticiones en 4 series. Nos relajamos con **rodillas al abdomen** por 3 minutos.
