Vamos con los calentamientos ultra necesarios. **brazos en T y Y**. Seguimos con **trote + apertura y cierre de brazos**, cada ejercicio con un periodo de 3 minutos. Iniciamos el circuito con 3 ejercicios espectaculares. Estación 1 **uppercut + doble patada**, full accion. Estación 2 **flexiones + giro + golpe**, ritmo fenomenal. Estación 3  **sentadillas + golpes**. Acción de la buena 20 x 4; si no sabes, esto es 20 repeticiones por 4 series. Nos relajamos con **giro alterno de hombros** por 3 minutos.
