Silla Diferente... Abdomen Resistente [Esp/Eng]
<div class="text-justify"><p>Jajaja, queridos amigos, hasta el título me salió en verso. Y claro que es así, porque para darle acción a nuestro abdomen, vamos a utilizar una silla un poco más alta de la acostumbrada. Todo esto con miras a que los movimientos tengan mayor intensidad a la hora de ejecutarlos. Como siempre, hemos traído para el deleite de ustedes, ejercicios que parecen comunes, sin embargo, las variantes propuestas es lo que los hace diferentes, y divertidos. Sientan la tensión abdominal, a parte de utilizar los brazos como ejes de apoyo. El desarrollo en piernas y glúteos no se olvidan, porque como se darán cuenta tendrán movimiento constante.

No pierdan de vista ningún detalle, ya que continuamos desarrollando y fortaleciendo nuestros ejes de equilibrio, control, y movimiento. Tener piernas fuertes, núcleo potente y desarrollado, además de glúteos ben definitivos y protectores de la columna, son garantía de una vida sana, libre de estrés, y lo más imperante, con una estructura músculo esquelética con cada parte en total armonía. Jamás me cansaré de sugerirles que antes de iniciar cualquier actividad física,  debemos realizar estiramientos, y calentamientos corporales. En este primer ejercicio de estiramiento, nos ubicamos de pié colocando las manos a los lados de la cintura. Separamos un poco las piernas. Una vez en posición, iniciamos a girar la cadera, haciendo círculos con ella de forma alterna. Acción por 3 minutos continuos.

Igualmente nos colocamos de pié, con piernas separadas al ancho de cadera. Flexionamos los codos, llevando las manos a nivel del pecho. Ya en posición, flexionamos el torso diagonalmente hacia un lado, y al regresar llevamos el torso hacia atrás, haciendo un poco de tensión. Nuevamente flexionamos el torso en forma diagonal al lado opuesto. Repetimos el ejercicio por 3 minutos continuos.

Dándole un poco más de acción al cuerpo, para elevar la temperatura y el ritmo cardíaco; nos colocamos de pié con las piernas juntas, y los brazos a los lados pegados al cuerpo. Ahora, con un salto abrimos y cerramos brazos y piernas al mismo tiempo. Con otro salto, abrimos y cerramos piernas diagonalmente a un lado. Salto y regresamos a la posición inicial, para abrir y cerrar nuevamente brazos y piernas; viene otro salto, para abrir brazos y piernas en forma diagonal al lado opuesto. 5 minutos activos.

# **<div class="phishy">Tensión abdominal + extensión de rodillas sobre la silla y debajo de ella</div>**
Brazos, núcleo, y piernas activas. Nos sentamos en suelo frente a la silla, tomando distancia efectiva para tener una movilidad aceptable de piernas. Apoyamos las manos en el piso, detrás y a los lados de la espalda. Flexionamos las rodillas, y mantenemos el torso elevado en todo momento.

Una vez en posición, extendemos las rodillas, pasando las piernas sobre la silla sin tocarla. Al mismo tiempo, el torso hace tensión llevándolo un poco hacia atrás. Acto seguido, flexionamos nuevamente las rodillas volviendo a la posición inicial, para extenderlas nuevamente, pero esta vez pasamos las piernas entre las patas de la silla. Nos mantenemos en esta acción contante por 20 repeticiones en 4 series. Vamos muchachos que si podemos, solo deben divertirse.

>Active arms, core, and legs. We sit on floor in front of chair, taking effective distance for acceptable leg mobility. We rest our hands on the floor behind and to the sides of the back. We bend our knees, and keep our torso elevated at all times.

>Once in position, we extend our knees, passing our legs over the chair without touching it. At the same time, the torso makes tension taking it a little backwards. Then, we bend our knees again, returning to the initial position, to extend them again, but this time we pass our legs between the legs of the chair. We keep this continuous action for 20 repetitions in 4 sets. Come on guys, we can do it, you just have to have fun.

Continuamos con el desarrollo y fortalecimiento de brazos, núcleo, y piernas. Nuevamente nos sentamos en el piso frente a la silla. La posición es la misma que en el anterior ejercicio, rodillas flexionadas, torso elevado, y manos apoyadas detrás, y a los lados de la espalda. Pendiente con este movimiento, que de verdad los mantendrán activos y en tensión. Ya en posición, giramos el cuerpo a un lado, extendiendo las piernas pasándolas por el costado de una de las patas de la silla, por ejemplo, hacia tu izquierda, no olvides que cada vez que extiendas las rodillas, el torso es llevado un poco hacia atrás.

De regreso flexionas las rodillas, quedas de nuevo frente a la silla, para extender nuevamente las rodillas, pasando ahora las piernas por el centro de las patas de la silla. Flexionas las rodillas otra vez, giras ahora hacia tu derecha, extendiendo las piernas hacia el costado opuesto de la silla. Recuerda siempre llevar el torso hacia atrás en cada extensión de rodillas. 20 repeticiones totales en 4 series; cuentas una repetición cuando hayas extendido las rodillas por los 3 lados.

# **<div class="phishy">Abdominales + elevación y flexión de rodillas + aplausos debajo de pierna</div>**
Como dice el título, silla diferente, abdomen resistente. Aquí le damos mayor énfasis al abdomen. Brazos, piernas, y glúteos también trabajan. Siempre el abdomen y los glúteos bien apretados. Elevamos las piernas colocándolas sobre la silla, flexionando un poquito las rodillas. Nos acostamos en el piso, abriendo los brazos a los lados como un cristo. Ya estando en posición, elevamos una pierna, flexionamos la rodilla llevándola hacia atrás; elevamos el torso haciendo el abdominal, y con ambas manos aplaudimos debajo de la pierna que está elevada. Regresamos a la posición inicial, para repetir el movimiento con las otras extremidades, siempre elevando el torso. 20 repeticiones en 4 series.

>As the title says, different chair, tough abdomen. Here we put more emphasis on the abdomen. Arms, legs, and glutes also work. Always the abdomen and glutes tight.
