Si estás cansado, si tienes miedo, si jamás has entrenado, este es el momento de hacerlo, no tengas temor, solo házlo. No digo que debas iniciar tan fuerte, porque sino puedes por el momento realizar esta rutina de la manera que te indico, tu mismo puedes llevar tu ritmo hasta que logres dominarla. 

Está en tí iniciar, está tí poner tu cuerpo en forma y ganar beneficios de locura, la salud de tu cuerpo lo vale. Hoy tenemos unos ejercicios formidables, donde tendremos como apoyo para nuestros saltos, una pared y allí podremos apoyar los pies. Esta rutina de verdad que es explosiva y tienes que vivirla para que sientas todo el poder, toda la fuerza, el control y el equilibrio en todo tu cuerpo. No dejes que te lo cuenten, ven y disfruta mientras entrenas. Vamos, no te quedes atrás.

De inmediato iniciamos la acción obligatoria de los calentamientos. La misión es la de lograr un cuerpo apto para la acción fuerte y claro, evitar lesiones. Ahora, activos con el  [**calentamiento 1**, **brazo alterno a los lados, más giro de cuerpo**](). Nos vamos con el [**calentamiento 2**, **sentadilla más tijera de brazos**](). Por nada del mundo dejes de ejecutar esta fase.

Cada movimiento de calentamiento se ejecuta por 3 minutos. Es muy importante determinar que si el cuerpo aún no se encuentra activo para la acción fuerte, debes calentar un poco más. No olvides tomar descansos de 20 segundos entre ejercicios, y de 1 a 2 minutos entre series; la hidratación es sumamente importante para reponer los fluidos y las sales perdidas durante la acción.

Ya ejecutada la fase de calentamiento y que el cuerpo esté apto para la acción fuerte, nos vamos con los ejercicios centrales con el circuito constituido por tres estaciones. Vamos, activos

[**Estación 1**, **saltos laterales con apoyo de pared en antebrazos**](). Indudablemente que con este movimiento tendremos un desarrollo efectivo de la zona media e inferior del cuerpo, también nuestro tren superior se verá beneficiada por ser el eje de apoyo para cada movimiento. Un ejercicio integral. Nos vamos con 20 repeticiones en 4 series. 

[**Estación 2**, **salto en pared con apertura de piernas y cierre en regreso**](). Tren superior, núcleo, piernas, todo el cuerpo el total acción. Es recomendable tener en todo momento el abdomen y glúteos, para obtener buenos resultados. Nos vamos también con 20 repeticiones en 4 series.

[**Estación 3**, **escalador con apoyo de pared, más toque alterno de hombros**](). Continúan las Combinaciones en nuestros movimientos y aquí presentamos esta, que requiere fuerza en brazos para mantener el control y equilibrio corporal. Brazos, hombros, núcleo, piernas, musculatura activa. Ejecutamos 20 repeticiones en 4 series. Acción poderosa.
