En está ocasión vengo a contarles una de las actividades que para mí tuvo mucha relevancia esta semana estudiando psicología, que es haber culminado la materia de Psicología de los Grupos. Les comentaré brevemente mi experiencia, opinión y como fue el cierre de esta materia. Comencemos.

Cómo he mencionado en otros post soy estudiante de psicología de la UCLA desde hace 4 años y actualmente me encuentro culminando el 6to semestre, en esa travesía nos centramos en el punto que estuvo en el 5to semestre donde me tocó ver por primera vez la materia de Psicología de los Grupos I para luego continuarla en el 6to semestre en Grupos II.

Para aclarar que es la Psicología de los grupos, brevemente les diré que se trata del estudio de los fenómenos y comportamientos de origen psicológico, sociales y conductuales en los grupos, como funcionan, se crean y se clasifican. Para otro post les me pondré a detallar más a fondo en teoría estos conceptos psicológicos, está vez solo me centraré en la experiencia que fue el cierre de esta materia.

Cómo todo estudiante universitario que está a finales de semestre ahora mismo me encuentro sumergido en un gran estrés por el sin fin de cosas por hacer, trabajos que entregar y a la vez una vida personal que mantener jajaja. Siendo esto detonante de un malestar diario en la semana que me ha llevado a cancelar planes y salidas para poderme concentrar en las tareas pendientes. Sin embargo está última semana tuvo un espacio de calma ya que tocaba el último día de Grupos II que consistía en realizar un compartir (idea sugerida por su servidor jaja) con temática navideña, aunque no soy fan de la navidad por asuntos personales, me gusta mucho hacer este tipo de actividades ya que para mí significa un momento de desconexión de la situaciones de afuera, se come de las cosas que cada uno trajo y lo más importante, el chisme jajajaja.

<blockquote>Like every college student who is at the end of the semester right now I find myself immersed in a lot of stress due to the endless things to do, work to hand in and at the same time a personal life to maintain hahaha. Being this the trigger of a daily malaise in the week that has led me to cancel plans and outings to be able to concentrate on the pending tasks. However this last week I had a space of calm because it was the last day of Groups II which consisted of making a sharing (idea suggested by yours truly haha) with a Christmas theme, although I am not a fan of Christmas for personal reasons, I really like to do this kind of activities because for me it means a moment of disconnection from the situations outside, we eat of the things that each one brought and most importantly, the gossip hahahaha.</blockquote>

Así que dispuse de mi energía social (me considero alguien asocial y cuando estoy estresado mucho más xD) y navideña para ese día y olvidarme de las demás tareas que tenía encima. Siendo honesto, no me arrepiento de haber asistido, fue un ambiente que necesitaba, sin preocupaciones y fuera de la zona de confort, pidiendo compartir sin tanto protocolo académico, conversar, reírnos e intercambiar ideas, y al final de alguna forma hacer introspección de lo que deseábamos para estas navidades. Les digo aparte que mis expectativas y ganas eran muy altas que decidí descargar un mix de gaitas navideñas (con el precio de que me acumulará mucho espacio jajaja) para que hubiese un verdadero ambiente navideño. Lo único, es que por asuntos personales dos de mis amigas y compañeras de grupo no pudieron asistir pero sé que les habría gustado estar, así como el resto de mi grupo lo disfruto.

<blockquote>So I used my social energy (I consider myself someone asocial and when I'm stressed much more xD) and Christmas energy for that day and forget about the other tasks I had on top of me. To be honest, I do not regret having attended, it was an environment that I needed, carefree and out of the comfort zone, asking to share without so much academic protocol, talk, laugh and exchange ideas, and in the end somehow make introspection of what we wanted for this Christmas. I tell you apart that my expectations and desire were so high that I decided to download a mix of Christmas bagpipes (with the price that I will accumulate a lot of space hahaha) so that there would be a real Christmas atmosphere. The only thing is that due to personal matters two of my friends and group mates could not attend but I know they would have liked to be there, just as the rest of my group enjoys it.</blockquote>

Sin lugar a dudas la materia de Psicología de los Grupos comenzó siendo la más divertida, dinámica, curioso, momentos de llanto (porque si, allí se llora jajaja) pero sobre todo un lugar para ser tú mismo como persona rodeado de personas que su único propósito es escucharte y conectar contigo sin juicios, y de la misma forma termino. Definitivamente confirme el dicho que hay en la carrera de psicología “Hay un antes y un después de Grupos cuando estás en la carrera”.

<blockquote>Undoubtedly the subject of Psychology of Groups began being the most fun, dynamic, curious, moments of crying (because yes, there is crying there hahaha) but above all a place to be yourself as a person surrounded by people whose sole purpose is to listen to you and connect with you without judgment, and in the same way it ended. I definitely confirmed the saying that there is in the psychology career "There is a before and after Groups when you are in the career"</blockquote>
