<div class"text-justify"><p>Apreciadas(os) amigas(os) de las comunidades #hive y de la familia, @fulldeportes, luego de saludarlos afectuosamente, les presento una excelente #asana para reducir la fatiga muscular, tonificar la columna vertebral y el abdomen, me refiero a El Flamingo o Svarza Dvidasana, que también es muy efectiva para el equilibrio corporal. En referencia al flamingo es un ave, que tiene la costumbre de posarse en una sola pata por largos periodos, sus patas y pico largo son especializados para caminar y alimentarse en el agua. Amigas(os), espero me acompañen en tan distinguida postura, recordándoles que debemos, realizar previamente, los acostumbrados procesos de #meditacion y el calentamiento del cuerpo. Éxitos.

**La Meditación**

* Amigas(os), meditamos para calmar la mente y la ansiedad, como siempre lo haremos con el apoyo de una postura, en esta ocasión con Virasana o el Héroe,  estando con las piernas dobladas, sentado en los talones de los pies y las manos apoyadas en las rodillas. Igualmente, analizaremos las siguientes ideas: 1)"La felicidad no se compra, se construye en el dia a día". 2)"Voy a ser feliz, porque es bueno para mi salud". 3)"Demos gracias a las personas que nos hacen felices, éllos son los encantadores jardineros que hacen florecer nuestra alma". Éxitos.

**Ejercicios  de calentamiento**

*  Calentaremos el cuerpo y evitamos lesiones, antes de cumplir la asana para hoy, con las siguientes acciones: Arrodillados con los brazos estirados, las manos al frente para luego colocarlas en la esterilla y ponernos en la posición cuadrúpeda, procedemos a levantar y estirar los brazos alternadamente, luego lo hacemos con las piernas las cuales estiramos y doblamos, dichos ejercicios, nos generan resistencia corporal y ayudan a tener una columna, abdomen y extremidades tonificados, todas estas acciones son muy relajantes, duramos en ellas, diez minutos y por cada dos minutos descansamos quince segundos, inspirando, aguantando y expulsando aire. Éxitos.

* Estando en Tadasana o postura de la Montaña, parados en la esterilla, con las manos a los lados y equilibrados, inspiramos, aguantamos y expulsamos aire. Éxitos.

* Desde Tadasana o postura de la Montaña, doblamos el cuerpo hacia adelante y apoyamos las manos en la esterilla, colocándolas, a los lados de afuera de cada pies, equilibrados y en resistencia, inspiramos, aguantamos y expulsamos aire. Éxitos.

* Conformamos la postura El Flamingo o Svarza Dvidasana, separando la mano izquierda de la esterilla, para tomar el pie de la pierna que tenemos doblada, es decir la izquierda, manteniéndonos concentrados, equilibrados y en resistencia corporal, apoyados en la esterilla con la mano y pie derecho, respectivamente,  durante un minuto, inspirando, aguantando y expulsando aire. Éxitos.
