<div class"text-justify"><p>Estimadas familias de las comunidades #hive, es un grato placer compartir la sencilla preparación de una crema de #auyama o #calabaza, el cual es un vegetal alimenticio y medicinal, en tal sentido, es oportuno resaltar sus beneficios para la #salud, al ayudar a combatir enfermedades, tales como: anemia en niños y ancianos; artritis por ser un gran alcalinizante de la sangre, contribuyendo a liberar el ácido úrico; ángina de pecho en especial personas que hayan sufrido de un infarto; cálculos renales, incluso contra el cáncer, Las ideas anteriores motivan a resaltar que el alimento descrito es muy esencial para nuestro organismo.

Para las personas hipertensas, es recomendable consumir calabaza ya que es un excelente alimento para controlar la presión arterial: ¡Comer calabaza es bueno para el corazón! Su alto contenido de vitamina C, fibra, y potasio, apoya en su conjunto a la salud del corazón. A continuación, comparto con ustedes la preparación de la crema de auyama o calabaza.

**INGREDIENTES**

*  600 gramos de auyama
*  1/2 cebolla mediana
*  3 dientes de ajo
*  2 cucharaditas de mantequilla
*  1/2 cubito de pollo
*  Sal y pimienta al gusto
*  1 zanahoria pequeña
*  2 Papas pequeñas
*  Queso al gusto


>**INGREDIENTS** 

>* 600 grams of pumpkin 
>* 1/2 medium onion 
>* 3 garlic cloves 
>* 2 teaspoons butter 
>* 1/2 chicken cube 
>* Salt and pepper to taste 
>* 1 small carrot 
>* 2 small potatoes 
>* Cheese to taste

**Procedimientos para la elaboración de la crema de auyama.**

>**Procedures for the elaboration of the cream of pumpkin.**

*  Retire las semillas de la auyama, quítele la concha y córtela en cuadros o trozos, lávelos y póngalos en un cedazo a escurrirlos.

>* Remove the seeds from the squash, remove the shell and cut it into squares or pieces, wash them and put them in a sieve to drain them.

*  Pique la cebolla en cuadritos y triture los tres dientes de ajos.

*  Corte en trozos pequeños la zanahoria y papas, colóquelos en una cacerola, añada sal al gusto y póngalos a cocinar.

*  Vierta en una olla 4 tazas de agua, con la cocina  a fuego medio y añada la cebolla, tres dientes de ajo triturados, 1/2 cubito de pollo, sal y pimienta al gusto,  cuando hierva, remueva la mezcla.

>* Pour 4 cups of water into a pot, with the kitchen over medium heat and add the onion, three crushed garlic cloves, 1/2 chicken cube, salt and pepper to taste. When it boils, stir the mixture.

*  A baja temperatura, añada  la auyama lavada y picada, junto a los aliños anteriormente señalados, realice la cocción durante 10 minutos.

>* At low temperature, add the washed and chopped squash, together with the aforementioned dressings, cook for 10 minutes.

* Incorpore los vegetales, donde está la auyama en cocción y agregue un poco de sal al gusto. Cuando hierva evite que se derrame el contenido, para eso se deja a medio tapar, continúe el cocinado por 15 minutos, verificando dicho proceso, para evitar el secado de la mezcla.

>* Add the vegetables, where the squash is cooking and add a little salt to taste. When it boils, avoid spilling the content, for that it is left half covered, continue cooking for 15 minutes, verifying this process, to avoid drying the mixture.

*  Vierta la crema de auyama o calabaza, en la licuadora y comience la licuación.

*  Ponga la crema de auyama licuada en una cacerola, añada dos cucharaditas de mantequilla y cocínela a fuego bajo por 5 minutos.  Concluída la preparación emplate la Alimenticia y medicinal crema de auyama o calabaza.


>* Put the blended squash cream in a saucepan, add two teaspoons of butter and cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Once the preparation is finished, pack the Food and medicinal cream of pumpkin or pumpkin.

*  Finalmente, adorne la crema de auyama con un poco de queso rayado o perejil pulverizado, de acuerdo a su gusto.
