@fulldeportes, los saludo gratamente, en la ocasión de recomendarles para hoy una postura que realizo con mucha frecuencia, luego que desarrollo la postura plancha o Phalakasana, me refiero a la  Asana Camatkarasana o Plancha Lateral, también denominada Postura Salvaje, la cual equilibra y flexibiliza el cuerpo, activa la columna vertebral, abre el pecho y aporta fuerza corporal. Amigas(os), la citada #asana, es muy relajante y cuando la logramos nos emociona y genera confianza, por lo desafiante que representa, ayudándonos a continuar sanánandonos integralmente, recibiendo muchas satisfacciones a través de el #yoga.

**La Meditación**

* Mis queridas amigas(os), la #meditacion es un proceso que permite el análisis de los pensamientos en general y ayudar a considerar los que nutren la mente y nos ofrecen armonía y paz. El mencionado proceso lo lograremos con el apoyo de la asana el Loto o Padmasana, que es muy relajante y ayuda a concentrarnos, asimismo con la postura del corazón  o Anahastasana, estimuladora del amor, la generosidad y la compasión. Aprovechamos la ocasión para interanalizar las siguientes reflexiones: 1)Cuidemos la columna vertebral, ella permite girarte y doblarte, mantenerte erguido, es un gran soporte estructural del tronco y protege la medula espinal". 2)"Hacer yoga alinea el cuerpo y la mente, igualmente aporta estabilidad emocional" 3)"Hagamos de la vida un lindo camino y una gran escuela, somos maestros y alumnos a la vez, unas veces enseñamos y todos los días nos toca aprender". **Ejercicios  de calentamiento**

*   Siempre es oportuno calentar el cuerpo, para evitar lesiones, antes de dar inicio con las posturas de yoga, en tal sentido realizaremos los siguientes ejercicios; Estando acostados boca arriba, flexionamos el torso, levantamos las piernas y estiramos los brazos, seguidamente recogemos las piernas, colocando las manos entrelazadas en las rodillas, estiramos las piernas alternadamente, dichas acciones flexibilizan y equilibran el cuerpo, de igual manera fortalecen abdomen y columna vertebral, tonificando brazos y piernas. Las actividades descritas son muy relajantes y aportan resistencia corporal. Duramos diez minutos de prácticas y por cada dos minutos descansamos quince segundos, inspirando, aguantando y expulsando aire. Éxitos.
