<div class"text-justify"><p>Estimados amigos #hive, luego de saludarles permítanme recomendarles una práctica receta para elaborar pizza casera, es decir artesanal, de calidad, apetecible y exquisita. Para una buena pizza es importante saber, como se prepara la masa y cuáles son sus ingredientes, por lo que se les agradece tomar debida nota de los procedimientos desarrollados.

**INGREDIENTES.**

*  400 gramos de harina de trigo.
*  50 gramos de levadura instantánea.
*  Salsa de tomate para pizza.
*  Aceite de oliva.
*  Jamón.
*  Quesos; amarillo, blanco, parmesano y mozarella.
*  Champiñones.
*  Tocinetas.
*  Chorizo ahumado.
*  Chorizo picante.
*  Cebolla.
*  Sal y pimienta al gusto

>**INGREDIENTS.** 

>* 400 grams of wheat flour. * 50 grams of instant yeast. * Tomato sauce for pizza. * Olive oil. * Jamon. * Cheeses; yellow, white, parmesan and mozarella. * Mushrooms. * Bacon. * Smoked chorizo. * Spicy chorizo. * Onion. * Salt and pepper to taste.

**PROCEDIMIENTOS.**

*  Colocamos la harina de trigo en una cacerola, añadimos la levadura instantánea, una cucharadita de aceite de oliva y agua tibia a medida que removemos firmemente la mezcla. 

>**PROCEDURES.**

*  En un mesón limpio, espolvoreamos con un poco de harina de trigo, colocamos la mezcla anterior y amasamos hasta que no se quede adherida a los dedos.

*  Dejamos reposar la mezcla amasada, por una hora en un envase tapado, con la finalidad de que se logre duplicar su volumen, en el argot criollo, afirmamos hasta que la levadura instantánea permita el levantamiento de la masa.

>* We let the kneaded mixture rest for an hour in a covered container, in order to double its volume, in Creole slang, we affirm until the instant yeast allows the dough to rise.

*  Tomamos la porción requerida de la masa de harina, aumentada de volumen, espolvoreamos un poco con harina de trigo, colocamos la porción de mezcla requerida y aplanamos con la manos y el apoyo de un rodillo, ubicándola luego en un envase especial para hornear, dándole forma a la masa aplanada, conforme las características del mismo.

*  Terminado el proceso anterior, preparamos los ingredientes seleccionados, para ser añadidos en la masa extendida y colocada en el envase para hornear, inicialmente cortamos el jamón, rayamos los quesos, picamos la cebolla y los champiñones.

*  Continuamos con el agregado de 
los ingredientes seleccionados, como pueden comprobar son variados, lo cual permite que la citada #receta sea exquisita; pasta de tomate especial para pizza, quesos; amarillo blanco, mozarella y parmesano, cebolla, champiñones, pimienta al gusto, tocineta, jamón, chorizo rebanado  picante y ahumado.

*  Colocamos en el horno a fuego alto la pizza para su cocción, comprobando dicho proceso.

*  Concluído el proceso anterior, tenemos la exquisita pizza casera, la cual a la vista se observa apetitosa, donde la preparación de la masa con la variedad de ingredientes seleccionados, le dan el toque especial. Recuerden que es bien importante, dejar reposar la harina mezclada con la levadura instantánea, para que duplique su volumen y se ponga esponjosa.
