*Estos ejercicios son una parte fundamental de cualquier programa de entrenamiento efectivo debido a los numerosos beneficios que ofrecen:*

***- Mayor eficiencia:** Al trabajar varios grupos musculares a la vez, optimizan el tiempo de entrenamiento, permitiendo un trabajo más completo en menos tiempo.*

***- Mayor gasto calórico:** Debido a la mayor cantidad de músculos implicados, requieren más energía, lo que se traduce en un mayor gasto calórico y son muy efectivos para la pérdida de peso y la mejora de la composición corporal.*
