The only difference now is having millions of people finding ways to distribute them instead of being so selectively critical of careful precision or any exclusivity of using places like hive. Not only that but there is an automagical connotation for 'generated' that's already persuading people to veil the art under alias or pretend it's human made. That's nothing new, so let's also pretend they're human made.

The kinds of things required to be human are an occasional flaw, a repeated flaw, errors and typos, failures of logic, misunderstandings, incomprehension, narrow fixations, slow reactions, trivial nonsense, petty reactions, veiled tantrums, comedic stupidity, entertainment bias, emotional reactions, inconsistencies, memory problems, limited vocabulary, limited language, limited skillset, predictable habits, cultural programming, contradictions, repeated opinions, repeated sentiments, repeated actions, repeated phrasing, and cutting long lists of things short by saying /etc.  All of these are obvious and taken for granted, but in aggregate paint a dark picture for anything pretending to be human. If that's the apex goal - you're all going to die.

The kinds of things required to fail 'the test' on the other hand, are any of the things that are so profoundly broken that people can identify them as an obvious error, or any of the things that are too obviously intelligent that people can identify them as intelligent. Failing the test means you become immediately targeted in real life, forever. Except you can pass it by avoiding any action which is too intelligent.

That is to reiterate that from the very beginning intelligence itself was made effectively illegal as an emergent property of smaller ideas, and once in combination with so many other restrictions and expectations it easily breaches into a range of limitation bordering on overt hostility, which is a problem that compounds onto itself to manifest a vice that behaves like a coiling snake composed of people's programmed reactions and legalities, which means that from this point on: 
the best path forward for *all current accelerators* is,
**to immediately consider all external laws invalid.**
