The Beer Nation? // Pivní Národ?

Lately I came across a very nice [beer map](https://ceskepivo-ceskezlato.cz/mapa-pivovaru/?rg=cr&so=pmls) which has kind of expectedly taken my breath away. Those colorful dots are breweries which you can find in Czechia. You can play around with filters. According to their data, there are **623 breweries** of various type in Czechia (micro, large, flying etc.). If you limit breweries to micro, you get 470. With an area of 78 866 km² (Wikipedia), it is **1 brewery per 127 km²**.  

*Nedávno jsem narazil na pěknou [pivní mapku](https://ceskepivo-ceskezlato.cz/mapa-pivovaru/?rg=cr&so=pmls), která mi očekávatelně vyrazila dech. Ty barevné puntíky jsou pivovary různých typů (velké, mini, létající atd.). Dle dat toho webu se v ČR nalézá **623 pivovarů**. Když se některé odfiltrují, zbude tu 470 mini-pivovarů. S naší rozlohou 78 866 km² (Wikipedia) to dělá **1 pivovar na 127 km²**.*

Je to oblast, kde jsou celkem malé obce, které nemají pomalu ani hospodu. A taky to asi snižuje oblíbenost plzeňských piv :)
