Hi friends, hope y'all doing great with your actifit programme? So today I had just few activities to carry out after my morning exercise which included jogging and roadwalk. But I will only show one of them here which is how I prepared a local dish and this will also serve as a brief tutorial guide so hang on I'll be preparing a special food called **Okra Soup**. Join me as I proceed. .jpeg) ## About Okra Soup Okra Soup is a local Nigerian dish more popular with the southern nigeria population. It is rich in vitamins and minerals due the fact that it contains vegetables, it is also very delicious which is one of the reasons it's quite popular in Nigeria. ## Ingredients for Okra Soup * Okra * Irvingia (Ogbono) * Meat/Fish * Crayfish * Vegetables * Fresh pepper * Onions * Palm Oil * Seasoning  Vegetables  Sliced Okra and onion  Fish, Crayfish, Seasonings ## Preparation The process of preparation is very easy and this soup is one of the most delicious dishes worldwide. My opinion though So let's get down to business Now we start with boiling for 15minutes the meat and fish, also add pepper, onions, crayfish and Seasonings  * Add Palm Oil depending on the quantity of soup but usually one full cooking spoon * Add the Irvingia (Ogbono) and allow to boil for 3 minutes * Now add the Okro and vegetables and allow to boil for 20 seconds.
