Should Do Kwon be charged with criminal charges or Helped to make LUNA 2.0 Succeed?

So there is a lot missed around Do Kwon being charged with criminal charges and being sent to jail for the Terra Luna/Ust crash, some people are for and some are against the motion of him being charged with criminal charges, **I would like to know your opinion and where you stand in this case?** but before that happens let me just give my opinion base on what I know and what I have experienced in the crypto industry.

First of all, I know Do Kwon can be annoyingly proud and full of himself but look at it this way he did not disappear after the Luna/Ust crash that cleaned so many investors out and took $4 billion off the crypto market. Now the former federal prosecutors say it will be hard to prove criminal charges against Terra CEO Do Kwon. Fines are more likely punishment, which is true because this is crypto and we all know that there are always risks in the crypto world, that is why it is always not advisable to invest what you are not ready or willing to lose. Am not trying to defend Do Kwon here but when the Terra luna/Ust crash happened I remembered something my mentor in crypto always said.

>**The First rule in crypto is:
Don’t invest money that you’re not ready to lose.**




The former federal prosecutors are saying that it has to be proven beyond a reasonable doubt that Do Kwon or Terraform Labs committed criminal fraud which would lead to him being jailed, and that will be difficult because it will require proof that Do Kwon purposefully deceived investors and stole their money. If these things can not be proven Do Kwon might just end up with civil penalties and fines from regulators, and that will be all, I just feel they should help now not filing criminal charges against him, although people who lost money in the crash a going through a lot and it is not easy at all for anyone in this bear market but what happens if the Luna 2.0 goes to $120 would people still want him to be jailed, **am just saying**. 

Another thing to consider is that Do Kwon did not disappear after the crash, on like some investment companies or projects that rug pulled their investors and disappeared, I just hope he would be able to compensate everyone that lost money in the crash, which I think is the purpose of the airdrops but I don't think that would be enough to win back the trust and confidence he's investor had in him and his project before the crash.
