If you want God to listen to you, stop the bands like vices, gambling, drinking alcohol and taking hard drugs if you want to fast and pray to God. Give your food to the hungry if you are fasting, take those that don't have house to your home, give cloth to those that didn't have.

Fasting helps, even in science if you don't eat for days, it would make your kidney, intestine etc rest. Fasting boost immune system ,you give chance to your body to fight cancers and diseases but that's already written in the Bible before science discover it.

Your body belong to your husband, you shouldn't show your body to other, nobody should share your body with your husband. You would be responsible for the sin of the men that see your half naked body if they lost after you for showing your body outside.

Women body is already weak and fragile, you can't turn your wife to punching bag. Honour your wife, give her considerations. Man's role in the house is like the president, don't let your wife dominate the house, if your husband command you to do something, do it. Husband and wife should dwell in knowledge. Part of the obligation on the man is to provide for his own household and woman is to obey the husband.

It's a shame for man to have long hair but woman's long hair is glory to her. Man covering his head while praying dishonors his head, if a woman prays without covering her head, she dishonors her head because her head is give to her for covering.

Once husband and wife are married, they have become one, it is only the human that have right over the wife and only the wife have right over the husband's body, they can't deny themselves, it is only when they have to be clean, avoid sexual intercourse in order to pray to God and that is very important because man have to remember his creator, pray to his creator in order to demand for what he need next.

Prayer is what man needs, prayer along with fasting makes prayer answered as fast as possible but to fast and pray, you have to avoid vices, gambling, and other fleshy things. When you are fasting, give the food that you don't eat to the hungry ones, give to the ones that didn't have if you have enough, give cloths, shelter, etc out to people that are in need.

Fasting helps human nature, if you don't eat for days, it would help your body fast cancer and different kind of diseases, it helps the old ones build their immune system.

As a woman, if you display your body to others out there, you are automatically making men feel lost and the sin they committed would be in your head.

Man don't need to keep long hair, it's a shame for him if he do and nature even reach that, but woman's long hair is a beauty for her and it's a glory for her.
