The Giving in the time of Moses is to give the entire 10% and if they didn't give their 10%, they are stealing from God. There is a promise from God to them if they give to God but the in the Christian dispensation, we should according to our heart decision. In the new testament, it is the decision with our heart. God sees our hearts and he knows what we have decided. Therefore, we should make sure to fulfill the decision in our hearts because God can see our hearts. If some issues come up when we want to fulfill our decision, God will take care of it. We should stick to what is in our hearts.</div>
