Openbazaar update adds ETH, Bug fixes
https://openbazaar.org

Distributed market place. To buy/sell anything.

OB v2.4.2

Server v0.14.1

On launch it will complain about server version but will run fine, should be patched in next update.

ETH is now an available payment option. In future updates DAI (USD stable coin) should be available, and other erc-20 tokens.

BTC, BCH, LTC and ZCash are also available

I had a stuck payment from December freed up.

Runs faster now.

Haven is the mobile version.

Mobile and desktop allows you to buy/sell.

Desktop also has altcoin exchange, can add different trackers, and is what moderators have to run. It's open source

Mobile adds a social feed. It will be open source

OB1 is a company registered in Australia. They run the OB1 Tracker or search. To have the mobile app approved on Google play, and Apple App store, the tracker must censor content deemed illegal in the 14 eyes.

There are a couple of alternative searches that can be used on the desktop version, or from the web.

If you know the store's address you can go direct from desktop or mobile even if it's censored from OB1.

Sellers can setup shop, then turn the computer off, it will stay up for 1 week. But check it daily (desktop. Mobile has push notifications) for sales.

Buyers place an order, and can exit after that. They only need to check again to release once their item arrives, if they used escrow.

Sellers can select multiple moderators. The are verified and unverified moderators. Items with verified moderation get a gold shield. Verified moderators have had their online reputation reviewed.

Buyers and sellers have their own keys. If a buyer places an order, but the seller doesn't accept it, the buyer can get a refund without involving the moderator

Buyers can select from one of the moderators the seller selected. Or direct payment.

My store can be viewed in web browser here

That part that looks like a Bitcoin address Qmc...doh is an IPFS address. It's a little like BitTorrent. It's how the store can stay available for 1 week without the server running. Permissionless and Censorship resistant.

Moderation without dispute is free. With dispute depends on your moderator. Moderator doesn't see anything if there no dispute. Only other fee is mining.

Anyone can be an unverified moderator.

OB1 is looking for more people to become verified moderators. Requires verification multiple social media accounts and keybase with some key signing.
