I shared below points I learnt from indoctrination teaching of 12th April 2021:

Baptism is the formal act of joining the church in the Bible. Baptism is a commandment. To become a true member of the church you must be baptized.

Matthew 28:19-20
[19]Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:
[20]Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.
Before Christ ascended to heaven he gave us twelve apostles and commanded them to spread the Gospel. After accepting the Gospel, the first thing is to be baptized.

The church is an important institution and part of the doctrine of Christ is to join a true church.

Acts 20:28
[28]Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and to all the flock, over the which the Holy Ghost hath made you overseers, to feed the church of God, which he hath purchased with his own blood.

Paul that was persecuting the church was also called in the church. After he accepted the Gospel the first commandment given to him was to arise and be baptized.

Acts 22:16
[16]And now why tarriest thou? arise, and be baptized, and wash away thy sins, calling on the name of the Lord.
