Hey guys! My name is Alvaro, I am 48 years old and I will tell you a little about a new lifestyle I am leading.

It's been 2 years since I started bodybuilding and I've seen my lifestyle and health improve by 99%, I'm currently going to the gym 4 times a week.

With a balanced diet with protein, creatine and lots of water I can reach my daily protein goals.

I don't want to be a bodybuilder, but I want to be able to have a lifestyle that can help me in the future as I age.

In my lifestyle I have also added the martial art Jiu-jitsu which gives me a better condition in terms of strength, personal defense and satisfaction in practicing the Gentle art.

To conclude, I would like to leave some very important information that is useful to everyone.

A lifestyle that can bring several benefits to each person's life will only depend on yourself, those who want to pursue their goals and ensure that their lifestyle is good, those who wait for a day to begin may be too late and maybe I can't.

Olá pessoal! Me chamo Alvaro tenho 48 anos abaixo irei contar um pouco sobre um novo estilo de vida que estou levando.

Faz 2 anos que passei a praticar musculação e pude notar meu estilo de vida e saúde melhorar em 99%, atualmente estou indo à academia 4 vezes na semana.

Com uma dieta equilibrada com proteína, creatina e muita água consigo bater as metas diárias de proteína.

Não quero ser um fisiculturista, mas quero poder ter um estilo de vida que possa me ajudar futuramente quando a idade for avançando.

Em meu estilo de vida também acrescentei a arte marcial Jiu-jitsu que me dá uma condição melhor na questão de força, defesa pessoal e satisfação em praticar a arte Suave.
