Por la mañana salí al mercado en búsqueda de estés suculento pez, conocido comúnmente en mi pueblo, como Pavón. hay un sitio del mercados en mi pueblo llamado el tranquero, donde lo puedes encontrar fresquitos.

>Hay muchas maneras de preparar a gusto de cada quien, pero yo lo sazono  con sal.  un toque de vinagre, y lo dejo 10 minutos que agarre el gusto  en la carne mientas calienta el salten con aceite y así comenzar fritar.

Como acompañante prepara una arepa asada, plátano frito, y no pudo faltar unos trozos de aguacate, listo para degustar  uno de mis comidas Favoritas. les dejo fotos de procesó.
