First of all my name is Oreoluwa Debby Àríké and I am proudly from Nigeria in Africa and that is why I have this native attire on.

Nigeria is a beautiful country with various ethnic groups of more than 520 spoken languages. Even though there are many tribes and languages, the three major tribes and languages in are Hausa, Yoruba and Igbo.

In Nigeria, we love food. Oh trust me, we do. Different tribes has its own special food but generally, a typical Nigerian will never say no to Pounded yam and efo riro(Vegetable soup) especially with the mixture of varieties of meat and fishes like shaki, ponmo, abodi, roundabout, kote, panla and the likes.😋 Here is a typical example

One special thing I really love and appreciate about Nigerians is how hardworking and passionate people can be towards themselves. Nigerians are very happy people. We make jokes out of every little thing, we do not let problems get to us but rather we pray and laugh things off and it has always been working for us. Nigerian are prayerful people as 95% of people here believe in the supremacy of God and He doesn't let us down when we pray to Him.  In Nigeria, we love to pray for one another and also encourage ourselves.



There are so many beautiful and notable things about my country but lastly for the post, there are really beautiful places to visit in Nigeria for fun and sight seeing. For example, Yankari Games reseve in Bauchi state; Ventura mall in Ibadan, Oyo State; Olumo rock in Abeokuta, Ogun State; Akwa Ibom Stadium in Uyo and so many other beautiful places you will wish to visit.
