To continue where i left off from this last post I wrote about my day job condition:

A week ago , I've finally sat with my boss for a serious conversation about my job and Im so glad it was after I've sent the email because that email has set the ground rules for this conversation perfectly without me having to express my self in the appropriate way which is something I sometimes struggle with in sitsuations like this when I need to be angry and I just not feeling it at the time. Always send an email first :)

anyways, we've talked in expension about me being unsetisfied with my role in the company  and how Im doing too much stuff all the time. we also talked about my sallery and me wanting a completely different role. Now I got the feeling that my boss is seeing that I mean busniess because he already knew from my email that I've threaten to quit if nothing will change so i didnt even need to say that loud.  We agreed that I take my big 3 weeks vacation in one month from now, a sallery upgrade and a new role that is being built just for me to start just as I return back.

Sometimes you just got to do a move for the better or worse. you will never regret it because the good feeling that comes after will give you fuel for your next obsticales in your life, no matter what they will be.
