Pinky and Spiky gang today continued to celebrate the week of Chinese New Year and this time they decided to eat some Chinese food. They got into Pinky's black Imprezza and went to the restaurant "12 Golden Dragons" and asked for some food to take out back to their cabin.

Pinky the piglet naturally couldn't eat any pork so she ordered some fried chicken with steamed rice. Spiky the hedgehog found noodles to be the closest substitute to his beloved worms. Cornelius the purple cardinal wanted only rice but with eggs. Dietrich the mouse went for the steamed vegetables. Betsy the butterfly decided she would eat Shechuan cherries. Victor the spider was overjoyed when he found fried locusts on the menu.

When their orders were ready, our friends got into their Imprezza and went back to their cabin. Spiky was driving because in the winter Pinky rather sits in the passenger seat and gladly gives her advise on where to turn, when to stop and hot to drive safely in the slippery freezing roads.

At home they all went to the table and started to eat while the food was still warm. Pinky took the chopsticks in both hands and said, "Two hooves are good!"

Spiky who had learned to hold the chopsticks from his Karate club friends long time ago said to Pinky, "Hold the sticks like this."

Cornelius whose wing constitution didn't allow him operate the chopsticks properly said, "I think I'll use my beak."

Dietrich looked at Cornelius' rice with eggs and said, "Yours look better."

Betsy repenting after a few recent selfish days was the only one in the family who thought about others and asked, "Should we invite Zituke?"

Victor looking at the fried locust felt that he was betraying his flies and said, "I wonder how my flies are doing?"

Along with their food they drank pure water. Lots of water. Because Chinese food is very filling and made them quite thirsty.

Then Betsy reminded, "How about for some Chinese tea? Dragoness Basilisa the Beautiful promised us it yesterday".

"Yes, let's go to her cave!", said Dietrich.

"But first I'll go check on the titmice", said Spiky.

"Say hello to Zituke for me!", said Cornelius.

"You can say it yourself," said Spiky and they both went to the garden.
