<br>Hola Hivers espero se encuentren de maravilla, quiero compartirles el día de hoy mi hermosa planta de Papaya, ya hace unos meses atrás le había tomado fotos anteriormente a esta maravillosa planta para compartirla. En mi país Venezuela esta deliciosa fruta se conoce como **Lechosa**, Acá mayormente hacemos muchos dulce de ella y pues en realidad a mi me encanta mas el dulce que su jugo pero tiene unas grandiosas vitaminas y por ello debemos de realizar esta delicioso jugo. A continuación les estaré mostrando sus beneficios.

In my country Venezuela this delicious fruit is known as **Milky**, Here we mostly make a lot of sweets from it and in reality I love sweets more than its juice but it has great vitamins and that is why we must make this delicious juice. <br>Los beneficios para la salud de consumir papaya incluyen un menor riesgo de enfermedades cardíacas, diabetes, cáncer; ayudar en la digestión, mejorar el control de la glucosa en sangre en personas con diabetes, reducir la presión arterial y mejorar la cicatrización de heridas y sin contarles que esta obtiene la grandiosa **vitamina C** e incluso esta fruta contiene mas **Vitamina C** que la **Naranja**. Contiene **Vitamina A**  un nutriente que mejora la salud de la piel. LA verdad es que esta es una grandiosa fruta y también ayuda mucho a las personas diabéticas y a cicatrices sus heridas.
