I am from a family of four, two boys and two girls, among the four kids, all seems to be cooping very well with educational activities, exception of our first son, our elder brother, upon all the guidelines given to him to become better in academics, he is always acting dull, since when he was in primary school, he has always been so dull and could not read a book, my father used to get worried and did all he can to enable him been able to read, he used to sent my elder brother a private teacher to come and teach him how to read and write, of all his four Children's, he was the one with much caring, tutors used to come to our house and demands a private time in teaching him simple past and present tense in English.

He was up to sixteen years old without knowing how to read and write, i am the second son, and i am the senior to the two girls, Abigail and Veronica, at times we used to pray for my Elder brother, that God should impacts on him a retentive memory, where he could be able to be reading and writing, all the family members were so worried of his inability to read and write, and my father's dream for him was that he becomes a medical doctor when he grows up, he was gotten attention more than we get in the family, but one thing i admired about him even with his inability to read and write was that, he never for once given up on his beliefs that he can read as long as he put more effort.

He was already seventeen years old but could not also been able to open his mouth and read not like he was an imbecile, he was not having any impairment, this was what got my father worried the most, he also spoke to us, he is not an imbecile how come he can not read and write something which others kids elsewhere have done in their primary school, but my elder brother's case was a different one, even with given him a private tutor all the time, no matter how big an Alphabet may be, he would not be able to pronounce it, he was twenty years  old, and this time, he started showing signs of reading and writing, few months time, i heard news of my elder brother, been able to read and write perfectly and by this time, i was already in my second year in varsity.

My father enrolled him in the West African Examination Council (WAEC), He Merits all his nine subjects with A's, he was recorded as one of best student in that year with good results, he was given a scholarship to the varsity and he has been going to schools since then as a scholarship students, while we his brothers and sisters, my parents is paying for our tuition and that was not all, he was also rated the best graduating medical student in their set.
right now he is working while me and Other one of my siblings are searching for job, this really taught me that delay is not denial of any means, my elder brother dull brain at the early stage of his life was for a reason, Heaven was preparing him for greatness but we his family could not understand the miracle that was about to manifest in his life, until that day he break a record in achieving his education pursuit with excellence.
