..*they say* you need a *good accountant* and a *great lawyer*. (Crypto is the accountant.) However on the legal side, never has this age old adage been more true than in the 21st Century *Wild West* of *Crypto-world*. 

Startups require a solid legal foundation and often need to be regulated in the same way as financial institutions. They need legal and compliance solutions, but the old institutions are still buried under reams of paper, largely unaware of the technology and the regulatory / legal requirements of this still emerging sector. comes **SmartOne**;  composed of a highly experienced community of legal academics and *BlockChain* specialist developers with a common goal and a highly disruptive approach. They are miles ahead of the field and are about to launch an exciting, (and much needed component) of the *crypto ecosystem*. ### Old vs New
The old institutions of law and finance don't yet understand the true scope or fundamental advantages **BlockChain** technology offers, so concepts like *document automation* or *one off fees* as a much needed evolution of *time based billing* are truly *revolutionary thinking* in the industry. Perhaps it seems obvious to the reader too, for me it's another  example of an elegant solution; a positive, socially progressive and ultra-modern component of the growing *BlockChain* revolution, which will eventually touch all areas of life and business. 

As the sector rapidly matures and enters the mainstream business world, part of **Smartone's** offering is the ability to offer analyses of *Token Generating Events* (TGE's) on behalf of an initial project's developers, then help develop & define project launches with robust legal foundations, in order to attract the right investors.

### Navigating the Stormy Seas of Crypto World
New laws and regulations relating to the crypto sector are being considered and delivered into *statute books* across world at this moment and there are various levels of legal uncertainty about the status of many emerging projects. Without proper guidance and due diligence, many startups in the sector, no matter how the good their ideas and concepts are, may end up rapidly becoming wasted opportunities for the would be investors and **cryptopreneurs** alike. (phrase coined.) So when I say **SmartOne** is being launched *just in the nick of time*, I think that's a fair observation.

### Just a final thought 
Perhaps in time as their Roadmap suggests, **SmartOne** will also evolve to become the de-facto consultancy platform for the many governments, NGO's and large public body institutions around the world currently wrestling with the emerging, immediate and future consequences of the BlockChain Revolution.
