So Sessions says that he won't recuse himself from the investigation regarding Cohen like he did with the Russian matter.  It makes one wonder if he is actually trying to do his appointed job or its another scam.

A statement issued by the AG's department read "The attorney general considers his potential recusal on a matter by matter basis as may be needed".  Exactly what does this mean.  When the matter is critical, will he recuse himself?  Another glaring matter is Sessions telling the White House Counsel that he might quit if Trump fires Rosenstein.

Based on the past performance by the AGs, this position should be done away with and the government can save the money it pays for this department's salaries.
