I suddenly fell asleep in the evening. Since I feel tired in my body, I take a little sleep. Feeling very bored and lonely these days. Therefore, a different sense of fatigue works constantly in the body. So sleeping does remove that feeling of tiredness. 

In fact, working people need a certain amount of sleep. Especially when working all day is very tiring, then I think a very deep sleep is needed.

After that, I thought that after the tiredness of the whole day, I will spend some time on my own, but it didn't happen anymore because the environment is so trouble some that there is no chance to mingle with anyone, even then I thought that it is better to rest my body instead of going to this environment, so I tried to sleep a little was doing. 

I may not have a physical job. But my work depends a lot on mental thoughts. Because after a lot of pressure on the brain, writing has to be done constantly and with a lot of thinking. Which requires a lot of thinking. So there is actually a lot of thinking here.

The work of writing is not easy at all, it is actually a matter of thinking, so you have to give more priority to your own thoughts and find out a reasonable solution and move forward in your own way, because there is always a difference of opinion here, so you have to present your thoughts in a fluent manner constantly. 

I think people who are involved in writing like me understand this very well and this is why the brain needs a lot of rest to reduce stress.So I think that those who are involved in writing, need a certain amount of rest, it is necessary physically and the brain needs rest to work properly. After all, a good night's sleep can feel quite refreshing. Which later to expand their thinking.
