The English league week 10 will see the Blues travelling to Turf Moor to face Burnley after winning six games on a row in all of their outing. The team is really in good form and will be looking forward to continue with the winning run but this is EPL and a trip to Burnley is another big test they need to pass because this is a side that have players like Ashley Barnes and Chris Wood that are actually doing fine for their club. The game is not going to come that easy for Chelsea because Burnley also had a good start in the league and that has actually placed them on the 8th position on the log table but due to the current form of Chelsea which makes the club occupied the 4th position with just 8 points behind Liverpool in the first position, the game is really going to be a test match again for Frank Lampard side that defeated Ajax in the champions league during the week.

After been tipped to finish in the top 4 this season, it is obviously clear that Chelsea can actually fight for the title as well with what the team has really shown in some of their outings and with many players in the team all performing greatly on and off the bench. Looking at the head to head here, Burnley is 2 wins ahead of the Blues with Chelsea winning 36 games while Burnley has won against them on 38 occasions with both clubs settling for draw in 24 matches. Although, the Blues has been dominating them in their last 4 meetings now with the last meeting ending 4 goals to nil in favour of Chelsea but facing a side that are yet to lost a game in their last four matches may actually turn the table around.

The club are not really bad in the league so far after winning 3 and drawing 3 of their nine league matches, their downside this season has been against clubs competing in the top 5 spot of the league, so far they have lost to Liverpool, Arsenal and the recent one which was against Leicester city but nevertheless, they have done so well to get maximum points from clubs that seems to be rival clubs which is really good for them. Chelsea will have to be very careful in the back line with the current form of Chris Wood, the New Zealand player has now scored 4 goals in 4 appearances for Burnley while Ashley Barnes who miss out the game against the foxes may actually return to the line up to form a strong partnership with Wood up front which may in turn create some havoc for the Blues at the back.

Having won their last 3 games in the league and 6 in all competition, Chelsea will be looking forward to extend the winning run when they face Burnley. Although some people may still hold on the assertion that the team is still in their transitional stage but this is farfetched to me from the fact that they have actually shown to everyone while they can also compete for major trophies this season. Frank Lampard may actually change the look of the team tomorrow by introducing Pulisic who has been impressing from the bench in place of young winger Hudson-Odoi and with the fact that the club still have Manchester United to battle with in the Carabao Cup may also affect his selection but which ever way, there is a great competition in the team as everybody is trying to prove himself to make the line up. The club may still be with the services of Kante and Barkley and as well as Rudiger but the likes of Kovacic, Jorginho and Mount will still make things right in the midfield.

### Prediction
It is really going to be a tough match between both sides but Chelsea remain the favourite to win the game. The combination of Wood  and Barnes in the front line may actually make things a little bit hell for Chelsea at the back but Zouma and Tomori seems to have formed a strong partner in the absence of Christensen and Rudiger with Alonso at the left back also boosting the team up front. I don't expect Burnley to dominate the game as they will be busy at the back to prevent Chelsea from scoring.
