Anita sat quietly in her room, searching her heart for what she needed to do for herself, as she had realized that her too much dependence on her phone was suffocating her. She realized that every spare moment she had was spent scrolling mindlessly on her phone.

What was annoying her more was that she wasn't using the phone to make money but making others rich by generating traffic on their pages. She longed for something else to do with her spare time other than wasting most of it online.

With this newfound determination, Anita called her friend Rose and explained her predicament to her. Rose gave her different options, like taking a walk, hanging out with friends, reading books, listening to music, or joining Hive, a Web3 platform where she gets to meet and make new friends and also make money from it.

All the suggestions made by Rose sounded interesting to Anita, and she told her that she was going to take all her suggestions into consideration because she's willing to make a conscious effort to balance her phone use and other aspects of her life.
