I know sometimes the road ahead seems uncertain, and it looks like you are not making progress, or it seems slow. It's natural as humans to feel discouraged and worn out. More often than not, frustration usually creeps in, and this makes you question all your efforts and wonder if they are all in vain. But here's the thing: take one more step forward. It may look small, but trust me, this brings you closer to your goal than you can imagine.

Whenever you feel exhausted, take a deep breath, but don't stop moving. Celebrate yourself for making it this far, because this is also a testament to your strength, perseverance, and determination.

Whenever you get overwhelmed by the weight of your challenges, put your focus on the little progress you have achieved and are achieving rather than the entire journey. 

Don't allow naysayers to define what progress is in your journey. Instead, be proud of how far you have come; tap yourself on the shoulder for overcoming obstacles.

Take one more step, even if it feels like the smallest step you can ever imagine. Sometimes, that one step is all you need to take to regain momentum. So keep moving forward, even if you are not certain where the path might eventually led to.
