Today I want to talk to you a little about the activity I did in the past months to make some money.
Let me start by saying that it was going very well, so much so that I had informed myself about opening a VAT number in order to be totally in compliance with Italian laws.

To make it as simple as possible, the licenses are compared for example to a book and therefore once purchased they can be resold as used goods; Here I have simplified things a lot since there are various directives that must be respected but the substance is what I wrote.
I found my suppliers, one of them Italian among other things who sold me these licenses wholesale; as mentioned, at a certain point I also thought about opening a VAT number both to be in compliance and because my suppliers could give me a receipt.

Luckily I gave up because if I had opened the VAT number I would now find myself paying taxes without being able to sell my products.
Let's move forward quickly, I'll reveal to you right now that the only way to sell these licenses is to open your own Online Store, naturally in order to attract buyers you have to spend a lot of money on Ads and advertising otherwise nothing will sell and this leads the game to no longer be convenient.
If you are thinking of selling these products on the various online marketplaces, I advise you to give up now because after a while your account will be closed.

In these Megastores you can find a series of contradictions; the first is that all these online sales giants close your product adverts because they identify it as an unofficial and counterfeit product and even if you contact them to provide them with proof that this is not the case they are of very little interest, so little that they don't even respond to you.
On Ebay, for example, if you contact the service center, each operator who responds will give you a different version of how the sale of these products is regulated. In the end, however, it all boils down to the fact that 99% of the accounts that sell them are closed while the remaining 1% it is not clear for what strange astral conjunction he manages to sell them (I'm not here to say that there will be cheating behind it, but know that it is like this even if I don't say it).
I discovered for example that currently with a Sri Lankan account on Ebay you can sell what you want without problems and without risking suspensions, unfortunately finding these accounts is currently impossible, unless you move to Sri Lanka obviously.

Another contradiction is that Facebook is full of ads for these products but they don't sell them on their Marketplace, so they pocket the advertising money by allowing them to advertise products that they believe are counterfeit and they relieve their conscience by not letting them sell; this is simply because they earn 99% from advertising while the commissions of their sales space bring them perhaps even less than 1%.
Obviously at a certain point, after selling for those months that I told you above, I found myself with all my accounts closed, I also tried to open my own online store but obviously without advertising the audience was zero.

It goes without saying that half of the products sold in all these places come from China, many are counterfeit whether they are large clothing brands or smartphone clones but who knows why the various algorithms there do not identify any counterfeiting.

Having said that, I think that probably in the future I will still sell products online and I will almost certainly also open a VAT number which will certainly be useful for other freelance jobs that I want to undertake; I have decided that for now I want to stay in Italy therefore I will pay the taxes that I have to pay to be in compliance, if I am not able to do so with the earnings of the activities that I will undertake it will simply mean that those are not winning activities.
Incidentally, for me, Amazon, like Ebay and the singer company, are great scammers, but those who move their activities to Dubai and then continue to sell in Italy are no exception. At this point, if I have to choose the former better, they are at least much more efficient. and they provide work (even if perhaps exploited and poorly paid) to many Italians.

At this point I feel like saying that David only beats Goliath in fairy tales but the reality is very different, if you want to overthrow a colossus you have to become bigger than him otherwise you have to suffer and you might as well keep quiet otherwise it could get even worse!

Oggi ti voglio parlare un po' dell'attività che nei mesi passati ho fatto per tirar su qualche soldino.
Ti premetto che andava molto bene tanto che mi ero informato per aprire la Partita Iva in modo da essere totalmente in regola con le leggi italiane.

Nei mesi di agosto, settembre, ottobre e novembre ho venduto licenze, soprattutto Microsoft; si trattava di licenze dismesse in formato ESD.
Prima che venga fatta qualsiasi obiezione, vendere licenze dismesse in Europa è perfettamente legale non sono altro che prodotti usati e quindi di seconda mano.
La Corte di Giustizia Europea ha sancito con una sentenza il 3 luglio 2012 nella Causa C-128/11 che la rivendita di Software usati è lecita; questa decisione tra l'altro si basa sul principio di esaurimento dei diritti d'autore.
Per farla il più semplice possibile le licenze vengono paragonate ad esempio a un libro e pertanto una volta acquistate possono essere rivendute come merce usata; qui ho semplificato molto la cosa visto che ci sono varie direttive che vanno rispettate ma la sostanza è quella che ho scritto.
Ho trovato i miei fornitori, uno dei quali italiano tra l'altro che mi vendevano queste licenze all'ingrosso; come detto ho anche pensato a un certo punto di aprire Partita Iva sia per essere in regola sia perché i miei fornitori mi avrebbero potuto rilasciare ricevuta.
>In ogni caso, anche se non fiscale, la ricevuta me la rilasciavano lo stesso e già quella poteva attestare che i prodotti erano originali e ufficiali, usati ovviamente, ma non contraffati.
Fortuna che ho desistito perché se avessi aperto la Partita Iva ora mi troverei a pagare tasse senza poter vendere i miei prodotti.
Facciamo un veloce salto avanti, ti svelo già da ora che l'unico modo per vendere queste licenze è aprire un proprio Store Online, naturalmente per poter attirare compratori ci sono da spendere parecchi soldi in Ads e pubblicità altrimenti non si vende nulla e questo porta il gioco a non essere più conveniente.
Se pensi di vendere questi prodotti sui vari Marktplace online ti consiglio già da ora di desistere perché dopo un po' ti verrà chiuso l'account.
>Non importa che si parli di Amazon, Ebay, Etsy o Subito.it e naturalmente scordati anche il Marketplace di Facebook!
In questi Megastore puoi trovare una serie di controsensi; il primo è che tutti questi colossi della vendita online ti chiudono le inserzioni del prodotto Perché lo individuano come prodotto non ufficiale e contraffatto e anche se li contatti per fornirgli le prove che non è così gli interessa davvero poco, tanto poco che nemmeno ti rispondono.
Su Ebay ad esempio se contatti il centro servizi ogni operatore che ti risponde ti darà una versione diversa su come è regolata la vendita di questi prodotti, alla fine comunque il tutto si riduce al fatto che il 99% degli account che li vende viene chiuso mentre il restante 1% non si capisce per quale strana congiunzione astrale riesca a venderli (non sto qui a dire che dietro ci saranno degli imbrogli, ma sappi che è così anche se non lo dico).
Ho scoperto ad esempio che attualmente con un account dello Sri Lanka su Ebay puoi vendere ciò che vuoi senza problemi e senza rischiare sospensioni, purtroppo reperire questi account attualmente è impossibile, a meno di non trasferirsi in Sri Lanka ovviamente.

Altra contraddizione è che su Facebook è pieno di Ads di questi prodotti però sul loro Marketplace non li fanno vendere, quindi si intascano i soldi delle pubblicità permettendo di pubblicizzare prodotti che secondo loro sono contraffatti e si scaricano la coscienza non facendoli vendere; questo semplicemente perché loro guadagnano il 99% dalle pubblicità mentre le commissioni del loro spazio di vendita gli portano forse anche meno dell'1%.
Io ovviamente a un certo punto, dopo aver venduto per quei mesi che ti ho detto sopra, mi sono ritrovato con tutti gli account chiusi, ho anche provato ad aprire un mio Store online ma ovviamente senza pubblicità il pubblico era pari a zero.

Mi si potrebbe dire che Amazon, per fare un esempio, è libero di fare vendere al suo interno ciò che vuole ma secondo me non è così; dovrebbe invece far vendere ciò che si può e ciò che è lecito vendere anche perché le potenze che si dividono il mercato sono poche e non permettono ai piccoli venditori di ritagliarsi uno spazio a meno di non farlo attraverso di loro.
Inutile dire che la metà dei prodotti venduti in tutti questi posti provengono dalla Cina, molti sono contraffatti sia che si tratti di grandi marche di vestiario che di cloni di smartphone però chissà come mai lì i vari algoritmi non individuano alcuna contraffazione.

Ciò detto io penso che probabilmente in futuro mi darò comunque alla vendita di prodotti online e quasi sicuramente aprirò anche la Partita Iva che sicuramente mi servirà per altri lavori da freelance che voglio intraprendere; ho deciso che per ora desidero stare in Italia pertanto pagherò le tasse che mi spetta pagare per essere in regola, se non riuscirò a farlo con i guadagni delle attività che intraprenderò vorrà dire semplicemente che quelle non sono attività vincenti.
Per inciso per me Amazon come Ebay e compagnia cantante sono dei grandi truffaldini però non sono da meno coloro che trasferiscono le loro attività a Dubai per poi continuare a vendere in Italia, a questo punto se devo scegliere meglio i primi che quantomeno sono molto più efficienti e danno lavoro (anche se forse sfruttato e malpagato) a molti italiani.
>Ovviamente anche per quel che riguarda lo sfruttamento nessuno vigila, quindi ecco un'altra legge elusa e non rispettata a favore dei soliti colossi.
So che non tutti potranno essere d'accordo e magari ne riparleremo, il nocciolo della questione non era comunque questo ma il fatto che nella grande rete a meno di non farlo da autonomo determinati prodotti ti impediscono di venderli nonostante sia perfettamente legale.
Questa cosa mi fa parecchio pensare, la libertà è davvero un'utopia impossibile da raggiungere, anche muovendosi all'interno di regole, leggi e consuetudini.
A questo punto mi viene da dire che Davide batte Golia solo nelle favolette ma la realtà è molto diversa, se vuoi abbattere un colosso devi diventare più grande di lui altrimenti devi subire e ti conviene pure stare zitto sennò può andare anche peggio!
