I've spent a lot of the last few days studying, reading and trying to get some information.

Precisely for this reason I have decided that, given the stalemate, I will combine the search for new opportunities with pure study, to learn new skills.
I believe that, when you have time, it is good to use it to train; getting informed is also fine but, between the two options, the first is always more profitable because it allows you to be able to sell yourself better, from all points of view.
Naturally, as an analytical and rational person that I am, I am aware that it is not the case to learn any skill just to be able to add it to the curriculum; it is important to learn something that can then be spent, to acquire skills that the market requires.
Precisely for this reason I decided to make a well-defined lineup, let's say a plan; I will start from the research of what are the best skills to have in the current market, especially with regard to online, once this is done I will begin to study the topics one at a time, gradually increasing the difficulty.
In these nights of work I'm listening to a podcast, it keeps me company and in any case allows me to optimize my time by doing something useful while I do my research; one of the phrases that I have often heard repeated in this "audio-show" is that in order to earn 100k a month we have to get to be worth 100k a month.

Surely if we were talking about physical products different dynamics would come into play but, since I'm not currently selling any products, I'm relatively interested in it.
Another very interesting concept that comes out of this Podcast is that of "Personal Branding".
Especially for those who trade, having their own Brand helps a lot; although I do not carry out sales activities on a constant basis, I have always taken care of this thing.
My social networks, for example, to be the profiles of a person who posts his daily life and his thoughts are quite populated; I also believe that there comes a time when, despite not having a physical product to sell, you can transform yourself into the product and therefore take advantage of the image you have created to bring customers to other people.
I have personally found that by being an influencer you can earn and even well, if in the past I managed to earn 250 euros for a simple post on Instagram, everyone can do it; it is simply a question of finding the right sales channels, of course, you have to work to create your own following and to have your own credibility but, I assure you, that with due commitment, excellent results can be achieved.
In light of all this recently, as you know, I decided to restart my various channels a bit so that too much inactivity doesn't lead me to lose followings (which by the way has already happened a bit).
I don't know if today's post is meant to be an update, a reflection or free-wheeling thoughts... I guess who is a bit of all these things put together.
I also believe that it will be enough for today, I hope that these thoughts of mine can be food for thought for me they have been and continue to be; however, they were also a stimulus to create an action plan so now I'm going to understand what are the main gaps to fill and let's go with the study!

Questi ultimi giorni li ho passati molto a studiare, leggere e provare a carpire qualche informazione.

Proprio per questo motivo ho deciso che, vista la situazione di stallo, affiancherò alla ricerca di nuove opportunità anche lo studio puro, per apprendere nuove capacità.
Credo che, quando si ha del tempo, sia bene sfruttarlo per formarsi; anche informarsi va bene ma, tra le due opzioni, la prima è sempre più profittevole perché permette di potersi vendere meglio, sotto tutti i punti di vista.
Naturalmente, da persona analitica e razionale quale sono, ho la consapevolezza che non è il caso di imparare un'abilità qualsiasi solo per poterla aggiungere al curriculum; è importante apprendere qualcosa che poi è spendibile, acquisire capacità che il mercato richiede.
Proprio per questo motivo ho deciso di fare una scaletta ben definita, diciamo un piano; partirò dalla ricerca di quelle che sono le competenze migliori da avere nel mercato attuale, soprattutto per quel che riguarda l'online, fatto ciò comincerò a studiare gli argomenti uno per volta, aumentando man mano la difficoltà.
In queste notti di lavoro sto ascoltando un podcast, mi tiene compagnia e comunque mi permette di ottimizzare il tempo facendo qualcosa di utile mentre eseguo le mie ricerche; una delle frasi che ho spesso sentito ripetere in questo "audio-spettacolo" è che per poter guadagnare 100k al mese dobbiamo arrivare a valere 100k al mese.

Perché qualcuno dovrebbe pagare noi o un nostro servizio una cifra se quello che sta acquistando vale di meno?
In questo pensiero ovviamente rientra la formazione poiché, a mio avviso, l'unico modo per aumentare il nostro valore di mercato è proprio quello di incrementare le nostre competenze; naturalmente stiamo parlando di vendere se stessi, le proprie consulenze e le proprie capacità quindi, in questo caso, il prodotto siamo noi e il nostro brand.
Sicuramente se parlassimo di prodotti fisici entrerebbero in gioco dinamiche diverse ma, visto che attualmente non sto vendendo alcun prodotto, la cosa mi interessa relativamente.
Un altro concetto molto interessante che viene fuori da questo Podcast è quello di "Personal Branding".
Soprattutto per chi commercia, avere un proprio Brand aiuta tantissimo; per quanto io non svolga attività di vendita in maniera costante ho comunque sempre curato questa cosa.
I miei social, ad esempio, per essere dei profili di una persona che posta la sua vita giornaliera e i suoi pensieri sono abbastanza popolati; credo oltretutto che arriva un momento in cui, pur non avendo un prodotto fisico da vendere, puoi trasformarti Tu nel prodotto e quindi sfruttare l'immagine che Ti sei creato per portare clienti ad altre persone.
Ho personalmente constatato che facendo gli influecer si può guadagnare e anche bene, se io per un semplice post su Instagram, in passato, sono riuscito a guadagnare 250 euro tutti possono farlo; si tratta semplicemente di trovare i giusti canali di vendita certo, ovviamente, bisogna lavorare per crearsi un proprio seguito e per avere una propria credibilità ma, Ti assicuro, che con il dovuto impegno, si arriva ad ottimi risultati.
Alla luce di tutto questo recentemente, come sai, ho deciso di far ripartire un po' i miei vari canali in modo che la troppa inattività non mi porti a perdere seguito (cosa tra l'altro che un po' è già accaduta).
Non so se questo post di oggi vuole essere un aggiornamento, una riflessione o dei pensieri a ruota libera... credo chi sia un po' di tutte queste cose messe insieme.
Credo anche che per oggi possa bastare, spero che questi miei pensieri possano essere spunti di riflessione per me lo sono stati e continuano ad esserlo; sono stati però anche stimolo per creare un piano d'azione quindi ora mi metto sotto per capire bene quali sono le lacune principali da colmare e via con lo studio!
