Last night, while I was working on the PC, Reny was watching "Le Iene", a famous Italian TV programme; at a certain point they sent a report of her social media.

The responsibility that Influencers take on their shoulders should not be underestimated; just as a footballer often taken as an example by many children who see him as an idol cannot afford to address an opponent with racist insults (but in general also with other types of insults), in the same way social media stars cannot afford to carry out deplorable acts because their followers will tend to take them as an example and imitate them.

Obviously I'm not here to talk about the issue of legality since that cannot be a choice of VIPs or Influencers but it is an obligation for everyone and, in theory, whoever makes a mistake pays.

Ieri sera, mentre lavoricchiavo al PC, Reny guardava "Le Iene", famoso programma TV italiano; a un certo punto hanno mandato un servizio suo social.

Voglio premettere che io non ho nulla contro i Social e anzi mi piacciono molto.
Sicuramente, se usati nella giusta maniera, possono avere una grande utilità, soprattutto da un punto di vista del marketing. 

Una cosa che è importante notare è che, dalla loro nascita a oggi, la percezione di questi strumenti è molto cambiata; almeno per quel che mi riguarda.
Prima li consideravo un passatempo ma, con il passare degli anni, da un punto di vista commerciale sono diventati molto di più e io ho cominciato a guardarli in maniera diversa e molto più strutturata rispetto a un semplice hobby.

Avvalersi dei servigi di un influencer con tanti follower su Instagram o utilizzare le Ads su Facebook può essere un'ottima idea e portare a grandi risultati e guadagni per l'imprenditore che ha un'azienda da pubblicizzare o semplicemente per chi ha un prodotto da vendere.

Certo c'è anche da dire che non tutti usano i social a scopo di Marketing.

Utilizzandoli con uno scopo ricreativo e creativo possono avere una loro utilità.
Instagram ad esempio potrebbe permettere a una persona che ha la passione per la fotografia di mostrate i suoi scatti a più gente rispetto a quanto farebbe in real life, la stessa cosa potrebbe fare un creatore di contenti brevi su TikTok.

YouTube è già qualcosa di più professionale infatti io non lo considero un vero e proprio social; per realizzare video di una certa qualità servono delle buone attrezzature e anche parecchie competenze; certo c'è da dire che ci si può approcciare anche a questo strumento con uno scopo ricreativo ed è comunque molto divertente però, pubblicando video amatoriali, si otterranno riscontri diversi in termini di pubblico rispetto a quello che si potrebbe ottenere realizzando dei filmati più professionali.

>Può capitare che anche dei video amatoriali diventino virali ma succede raramente e comunque spesso non è una cosa replicabile. 

Per quel che riguarda Facebook ormai, insieme a X (ei fu twitter), sono diventati dei social da Boomer anche se, secondo me, sono ancora divertenti e poi soprattutto con il primo riesci a mantenere i contatti anche con amici lontani.

Meta ha anche provato a lanciare Threads che non è altro che la copia spudorata di Twitter però, tutto sommato, è divertente; credo che il buon Mark abbia puntato sul gusto del social appena nato e quindi sul piacere della sfida e della possibilità di accumulare da zero follower e seguito; Io uso anche questo però non in maniera assidua, devo ammettere che sto ancora capendo bene le sue funzionalità e le applicazioni che potrebbe avere in futuro.

Certo come in tutte le cose è fondamentale l'equilibrio; nell'utilizzo di questi strumento bisogna avere giudizio e responsabilità.

Sicuramente le famiglie hanno un ruolo molto importante nell'educazione dell'utilizzo ai social.

>E' un pó come accadeva una volta a quelli della mia generazione quando i genitori alle dieci spegnevano la TV e ti mandavano a letto, oppure quando prima di farti vedere i cartoni animati ti intimavano di terminare i compiti.

Come ogni medaglia anche quella di questo pazzo mondo virtuale ha il suo risvolto; un utilizzo eccessivo porta a distaccarsi totalmente dalla realtà e, per quanto possa essere bello chiacchierare con una persona in Papua Nuova Guinea, nulla può sostituire una bella passeggiata all'aperto o un partita a calcio in compagnia degli amici di sempre...

Io quantomeno la vedo così però è anche vero che appartengo alla generazione Y quindi la mia visione è, se non antica, ormai quantomeno obsoleta.

Andiamo con ordine però, dopo definirò anche questa cosa delle generazioni, prima concludiamo il discorso Social.

Una delle cose che davvero non concepisco è quando i giovani della Generazione Z, per partecipare a delle cosiddetta "challenge", arrivano all'autolesionismo; questa cosa rasenta davvero la stupidità e anzi credo che sia anche patologica.
Alla stessa maniera credo che sia imperdonabile un ragazzo che per girare un video da mettere su YouTube utilizza il cellulare mentre guida investendo e uccidendo una giovane ragazzi (fatto reale accaduto in Italia recentemente).

Non va poi sottovalutata la responsabilità che gli Influencer si prendono sulle spalle; così come un calciatore  spesso preso come esempio da molti bambini che lo vedono come un idolo non può permettersi di apostrofare un avversario con insulti razzisti (ma in generale anche con insulti di altro tipo), alla stessa maniera i divi dei Social non possono permettersi di compiere atti deprecabili perché il loro seguito tenderà a prenderli come esempio e imitarli.

Non sto qui ovviamente a parlare del discorso della legalità poiché quella non può essere una scelta di Vip o Influencer ma è un obbligo per tutti e, in teoria, chi sbaglia paga.

Chiuso il discorso Social, prima di salutarci, andiamo a vedere la categorizzazione delle varie generazioni:

- Coloro che sono nati tra il 1883 e il 1900 appartengono alla "Generazione Perduta".
