Sometimes sitting in front of the sea observing its tranquility and the harmony and rhythm with which the waves break on the coast is usually relaxing, unstressful and even restorative for our interior.

When we can connect with the environment and perceive sound that it provokes, the benefits that it provokes inside us are even greater. The explosion caused by the breaking of the waves, even the bubbling sound that causes that last wave that reaches the farthest provides an ideal environment to connect our soul with nature.

When we manage to connect with this visual, auditory and spiritual landscape, very positive results are achieved within us.

Those days where the sea seems to be angry provoke in most of us fear and worry. There we realize its overwhelming power and how vulnerable we can become.

In those days when the sea seems to be angry with humanity we really realize how fragile and small we are and that we are at the mercy of its power, of what Mother Nature wants to do.

When these natural disasters occur and when the sea ravages entire populations we realize the immense damage we are doing to the planet and we wonder what we are doing wrong.

Maybe it's time to start being proactive instead of reactive and start modifying our behaviors to take a little more care of our environment. Each of us can do our bit.
