Add radio network features and touch vpn apps control feature in the shadowsocks app.

#  Components
The shadowsocks app is a high-performance cross-platform guaranteed by socks5 proxy. And this is a great help for users to surf the internet privately and securely. The shadowsocks application also features Bleeding edge techniques with Asynchronous I / O and Event-driven programming. Low resource comsumption, suitable for low end boxes and embedded devices. Avaliable on multiple platforms, including PC, MAC, Mobile (Android and iOS) and Routers (OpenWRT). Open source implementions in python, node.js, golang, C #, and pure C.

#  Proposal
After installing the application shadowsocks users can surf the internet properly and safely. Because it comes with socks5. After using it in a few days I did find some very useful features. As a user I propose to the developer adding the "radio network" feature and the "touch VPN Apps control" feature in the main settings section of the shadowsocks app. And give space to users to access it.

#  Benefits
With the radio network feature users can see the current network, signal strength, GSM service, GPRS service, voice network type, data network type, call status, roaming, set preferred network. Users can also ensure what network will be in use. Touch VPN apps control feature allows users to secure your connection when connected via public wifi. enough with just 1 button then the user can use without limitation of speed or bandwidth and also protection against eavesdropping Wi-Fi using SSL strong encryption faster than web proxy and this is a very amazing thing.
