Hola, amigos de Holos&Lotus.

Mis felicitaciones a todos y cada uno de los miembros que hacen posible que Holos&Lotus haya celebrado el pasado 23 de junio su primer aniversario. Arrancar un proyecto suele ser sencillo: la ilusión nos desborda y estamos llenos de energía para hacer lo que sea necesario. Con el tiempo van surgiendo los inconvenientes, y que esta comunidad haya sido capaz de sobrevivir a todas las dificultades da buena muestra de la fortaleza de su unión y participación de los que la componen.

## Invitaciones inesperadas
Si es emocionante que una persona se acuerde de ti para invitarte a una fiesta, ¡imagina que sean dos! Tenía en mente participar en esta iniciativa de celebración del aniversario, pero se me adelantaron dos almas bonitas. Tampoco es difícil, siendo que estoy escribiendo casi en el tiempo de toque de la campana... 

Doy las gracias y les envío un abrazo inmenso a @carelis1869 y @graciadegenios por pensar en mí. Y a los que me estáis leyendo, os invito a visitar sus respectivos blogs. Así diseminamos bienestar en todas las direcciones:

## Respondiendo preguntas
En la [convocatoria de esta iniciativa](https://ecency.com/hive-131951/@holos-lotus/estamos-de-aniversario-we-are-on-anniversary) nos proponen responder algunas preguntas, facilitando que tengamos ideas para desarrollar y compartir. Paso a responder una selección de ellas:

**¿Cómo ha sido tu experiencia en Holos&Lotus durante este año?**

¡Ojalá llevase un año! Lamentablemente para mí, apenas hace unos meses que estoy en la comunidad. No importa, pues queda todo el futuro por delante.

Mi breve experiencia hasta el momento solo puede ser positiva. Desde el minuto uno que dejé de observar y aprender para tomar acción y ser parte, me han hecho sentir una más. He recibido comentarios amables que me han dado pautas para lograr una forma más satisfactoria de ser y sentirme.

Hasta el momento he proporcionado comentarios en las publicaciones de otras personas, aunque no demasiados. Casi siempre se me adelanta alguien que ya ha dicho las palabras exactas, jeje. No obstante, son siempre desde el cariño, sin juzgar, y con la mejor de las intenciones. 

**¿Qué te ha motivado para escribir en Holos&Lotus?**

Lo que más me motiva para escribir en Holos&Lotus es la disponibilidad de un espacio seguro en el que poder expresarme con total libertad. Nunca falta el respeto y el ofrecimiento de apoyo para crecer. En un mundo tan competitivo, una comunidad como esta es una joya que espero nos dure por mucho tiempo.

Tengo una alta sensibilidad y empatía. Aprendo mucho cuando leo sobre las experiencias que otros relatan. Mi mayor objetivo para escribir es servir de ayuda a otros. Conozco bien el poder sanador que tienen las palabras, y eso vale tanto para el emisor como para el receptor.

**¿Te parece que los temas que se han manejado en la Comunidad han contribuido a tu crecimiento integral de alguna forma?**

Por supuesto. En cada iniciativa que he participado he reflexionado, mirando hacia dentro. He sido capaz de sacar hacia fuera emociones, sentimientos y creatividad. Esas cosas tan importantes que se suelen esconder por miedo o vergüenza.

Cada perspectiva diferente sobre un mismo tema lo enriquece de matices. Por eso es imposible no sentir que te estás nutriendo conforme te involucras. Eso es crecer.

## Para el futuro
Espero seguir disfrutando de esta comunidad por todo el tiempo que me quede en Hive y más allá. Ojalá algún día pueda devolver aunque solo sea una pequeña parte de lo que he recibido. 

Lo único que puedo lamentar es que por la diferencia horaria las actividades del canal de Discord me quedan en horas de sueño. Espero que algún día se dé la oportunidad de compartir alguna. Y que sea más pronto que tarde.

My congratulations to each and every one of the members who make it possible for Holos&Lotus to celebrate its first anniversary on 23 June. Starting a project is usually easy: the illusion overflows us and we are full of energy to do whatever it takes. With time, the inconveniences arise, and the fact that this community has been able to survive all the difficulties is a good example of the strength of its union and the participation of those who make it up.

## Unexpected invitations
If it's exciting when one person remembers you to invite you to a party, imagine two! I had in mind to participate in this anniversary celebration initiative, but two beautiful souls beat me to it. It's not difficult either, since I'm writing almost at the time of the bell...

## Answering questions
In [the call for this initiative](https://ecency.com/hive-131951/@holos-lotus/estamos-de-aniversario-we-are-on-anniversary) we are asked to answer some questions, making it easier for us to have ideas to develop and share. I will answer a selection of them:

**What has your experience of Holos&Lotus been like this year?**

I wish it had been a year! Unfortunately for me, I've only been in the community for a few months. It doesn't matter, because the whole future is ahead of me.

My brief experience so far can only be positive. From the minute I stopped watching and learning to take action and be part of it, I have been made to feel like one of the community. I have received kind comments that have given me guidelines for a more satisfying way of being and feeling.

So far I have provided comments on other people's posts, but not too many. I'm almost always beaten to the punch by someone who has already said the exact words, hehe. However, they are always from love, without judgement, and with the best of intentions. 

**What motivated you to write for Holos&Lotus?**

What most motivates me to write in Holos&Lotus is the availability of a safe space where I can express myself freely. There is never a lack of respect and the offer of support to grow. In such a competitive world, a community like this is a jewel that I hope will last for a long time.

I am highly sensitive and empathetic. I learn a lot when I read about others' experiences. My main goal in writing is to be of help to others. I know well the healing power of words, and that is true for both the sender and the receiver.

**Do you feel that the topics discussed in the Community have contributed to your overall growth in some way?**

Of course. In every initiative I have participated in, I have reflected, looking inwards. I have been able to bring out emotions, feelings and creativity. Those important things that are often hidden out of fear or shame.

Each different perspective on the same subject enriches it with nuances. That's why it's impossible not to feel that you're being nourished as you get involved. That is growth.

## For the future
I hope to continue to enjoy this community for as long as I stay in Hive and beyond. Hopefully one day I will be able to give back even a small part of what I have received. 

My only regret is that because of the time difference the Discord channel activities fall in my sleeping hours. I hope that one day there will be an opportunity to share some. And sooner rather than later.
