A man was browsing in a car boot sale.

He found an old coin and the date on it was 150 B.C., it was old looking but in good condition. He immediately asked to buy it. Seeing the man was so eager the seller told him it was very valuable. In the end the man brought it for 1/4 of his yearly pay. He then took it to be valued. He told the expert it was over 2100 years old and his eyes sparkled then immediately upon looking the expert said it was worthless.

Why did the expert say this?
