Greetings my beautiful people of HIVE. I am pleased to be sharing again 100% original content made with love for this beautiful community Foodies Bee Hive.

Today I want to pamper my grandson who is on vacation and had almost two years without hugging him and be with him physically, due to the pandemic.

We both couldn't stand to be separated anymore, and with God's grace we are now sharing. 

My little boy wanted me to make him Nuggets, and I did not hesitate to oblige.

I went to the market and managed to get the ground and seasoned chicken, nowadays we have that facility to get everything ready, you pay a little more but we save time in the process of elaboration at home.

Nuggets are sold ready to fry in supermarkets, I don't like to buy them that way, because they are not fresh and also, they add preservatives.  I prefer to finish making them at home. 

Here are the ingredients.

What I did was, I took a portion of 40 g of ground chicken already seasoned and formed a ball with my hands and crushed it.

Individually wrapped in fils paper.  With 1/2 kilo of ground chicken, 12 pieces of Nuggets come out.

To soak, place in a plate wheat flour and in another plate, a beaten egg.

Dip the nuggets one by one in the beaten egg mixture.

Then I dredged it in wheat flour on both sides. I did the process twice, that is to say, I dredged it again in the beaten egg mixture and then in flour.

Place a pot with oil on the stove, wait until it is very hot, to immerse the pieces of Nuggets.

Saludos mi gente bella de HIVE. Gusto de estar nuevamente compartiendo contenido 100% original realizado con mucho cariño  para esta hermosa comunidad Foodies Bee Hive.

Hoy quiero consentir a mi nieto que esta pasando vacaciones ya tenía  casi dos ano sin abrazarlo y estar con el físicamente, debido a la pandemia.

Ambos, ya no aguantábamos más, estar separados y con la gracias de Dios hoy estamos compartiendo. 

Mi niño quería que le realizara Nuggets, y no dude   en complacerlo.

Fui al mercado y logre conseguir el pollo molido y aliñado,  hoy día tenemos esa facilidad de conseguir todo listo, se paga un poco más pero ahorramos tiempo en el proceso de elaboración en casa.

Los Nuggets los venden listo para freír en los supermercados, no me gustan mucho comprarlos así, porque no son frescos y además,  le agregan conservante.  Prefiero  terminar de elaborarlos en casa. 

Les comparto los ingredientes.

Lo que hice fue, tomar una porción de 40 g  de pollo molido ya aliñado y formar  una bolita con mis manos y la aplasto.




Individualmente lo envuelvo en papel fils. Con 1/2 kilo de pollo molido, salen 12 piezas de Nuggets.


Para empapizar, coloque en un plato harina de trigo y en otro plato, un huevo batido.

Sumergir una a una las piezas de Nuggets, por la mezcla de huevo batido. 



Luego lo pase por harina de trigo, por ambos lados. El proceso lo hice dos veces, es decir, pasarlo nuevamente por la mezcla de huevo batido  y por harina.



 Colocar en la  estufa,  una olla con aceite, espera  que esté bien caliente, para sumergir las piezas de Nuggets


Así de dorados por fuera y tierno por dentro.
