Our garden was an impressive success this year. We ate a lot fresh, and put up quite a bit in canning jars too. After an excellent growing season full of great ROI, the end of the growing season for our peppers was coming. This video below shows an example of a pepper harvest earlier this season.

Anyway, although today was a hot and sweaty day, we've had some freezing temps recently. With back to back frosts on the radar, we had pulled the rest of our pepper harvest in, and then I had to spend two days pickling peppers and making salsa. We've got a good supply ready for our future. The photos below are *some* of what we pulled in to get that last harvest before the freeze. Did it freeze or frost where y'all are yet?

That is a lot of peppers, and they remind me of last year when my husband used to grow some bell peppers (in his old garden). I wonder if he has some plans to plant this year. By the way, I like that your kids are sorting out the peppers.
