This was a neat video... When I lived on a organic jeresy cow dairy farm in Santa Rosa, Ca; we had French Freedom fighters. They yeild much lower than Cornish crosses but the quality and taste is 10x better. They are extremely fast though and while their genetics are way better than the Cornish chickens, they are fast escape artists who will run right to prey😬😂 While I was not there when they raised Cornish crosses until they we're about ready to harvest them, I saw how they would just sit by the feed and over eat. The French Freedom fighters didn't do that. The farmers I was working swore off the Cornish crosses for their faulty genetics and how sloppy they were but I do subscribe to the theory genetics doesn't hold as much priority as does environmental conditions does. Clearly you are providing the best possible conditions for not only your family but also these Cornish crosses. I will stay tuned and hopefully learn a thing or two as your raise these Cornish crosses! Best of luck - Taelor
