## <center>Wow, this was a lot for just a couple of plants!</center>

This is one of those multi-purpose plants that we like to grow. First off, I grow catnip because I like to make a tea out of it. I combine a few other things with a base of catnip to create a relaxing evening tea, that I've really come to enjoy over the years. Moreover, we know that lots of people enjoy cats and periodically may give them catnip as a treat. Hmm, I've never had catnip personally, what does it taste like in a tea? :D Do you use it in anything else besides tea? :D

I just did my first harvest of lemon balm two weeks ago... it's amazing how much I had! I have it hanging in the gardening and homesteading room drying out. Should be done by the weekend.

I met an older woman some years back who said she always had catnip growing in the field beside her house.  She swore that catnip tea was great for babies with colic.  I never knew anyone that had used it, but I believed her. :)

Personally I think you should post your catnip tea recipe.  It makes me sneeze, maybe it's a relative of mint which can leave me unable to breath, but i consider it a weed.  But, for your recipe of catnip tea, I'll take an extra allergy pill or two.
