 Come take a trip through my files of the past week, to see some amazing pictures. Yes indeed, even the late afternoons can deliver some interesting photos as the birds scurry around to prepare for the night. So I decided to show you some last minute action photos before the day's end. Here you can see the Egyptian Goose (Alopochen aegyptiaca) on the street lamp post right at the bottom of the picture.  This loving couple of Laughing doves (Spilopelia senegalensis) were having their last meal and drink of the day.  Just a look here at a valley in the Hottentots-Holland mountain range.  A lovely European Starling (Sturnus vulgaris) in a tree.  Here was the partner of the Starling.  Oops, does this Cape Bulbul (Pycnonotus capensis) look a bit squint?  No, hahaha, he was not squint and was scouting for a quick bite of insect.  The near future rainy days signal also appeared here with this sun halo.  A flock of Little Egrets (Egretta garzetta) rose up and flew past, coming most likely from a farm dam.  Beautiful as they started to line up in their normal "V" formation for the long flight home.  A shot of the sun as it sunk behind some trees.  Finally, I will soon show you a post of some beautiful sunsets at the ocean!  Yes, as you can see, I love and become one with nature when we are out there. Some ordinary photos here you might think, but I assure you that nothing in nature is ordinary. Beauty abounds even in the smallest of nature's critters and mankind will continue to discover new amazing secrets in her. The silence and perfection in nature also offers us many opportunities to have a look at ourselves and in the ways that we go through our brief lifetimes. And That's All Friends!
